Abstract
Description
空気は、空気入口28を介して供給され、逆止弁30を介してスクリュ16,18に到り、ここで空気は圧縮される。5〜16倍に圧縮された空気オイル混合物は、スクリュ16,18を出た後、出口管34を通って上昇管路36を介して上昇し、温度センサ38へと直接吹き付けられる。
例えば互いに噛み合うスクリュ16,18の、または軸受の、またはスクリュコンプレッサ10のその他可動部の摩耗によりオイル22内に到る、オイル22内に浮遊する磁気により吸引される粒子は、この場合、粒子捕捉体として機能する磁石104によってオイル22から濾過され、吸引される。

Claims (8)
- 商用車用のスクリュコンプレッサ(10)であって、ケーシング(20)を有しており、前記スクリュコンプレッサ(10)の作動準備状態および組み付け状態で、前記ケーシング(20)内にオイルパンが設けられており、前記オイルパンには磁石(104)が配設されている、商用車用のスクリュコンプレッサ(10)。
- 前記スクリュコンプレッサ(10)はオイルフィルタ(62)を有していない、請求項1記載のスクリュコンプレッサ(10)。
- 前記ケーシング(20)はケーシングボディ(20a)とケーシングカバーとを有しており、前記磁石(104)は前記ケーシングボディ(20a)内に配置されている、請求項1または2記載のスクリュコンプレッサ(10)。
- 前記ケーシング(20)はケーシングボディ(20a)とケーシングカバーとを有しており、前記磁石(104)は前記ケーシングカバー内に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のスクリュコンプレッサ(10)。
- 前記ケーシング(20)内にバッフルプレート(100)が配置されており、前記磁石(104)は、前記スクリュコンプレッサ(10)の作動準備状態および組み付け状態で、前記バッフルプレート(100)の下方でオイル(22)内に配置されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のスクリュコンプレッサ(10)。
- 前記磁石(104)は実質的に円筒状のディスク部材として形成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のスクリュコンプレッサ(10)。
- 前記磁石(104)はスペーサ(106)によって前記ケーシング(20)内に取り付けられている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のスクリュコンプレッサ(10)。
- 前記スペーサ(106)は、ねじピン(108)および/またはスペーサエレメント(110)を有している、請求項7記載のスクリュコンプレッサ(10)。
