Description

Claims (4)
- コンプレッサ(10)、電気モータ(5)、および駆動電子機器(6)を含む、商用車のためのシステム(1)であって、前記電気モータ(5)は前記コンプレッサ(10)を駆動し、前記電気モータ(5)と、前記コンプレッサ(10)と、前記駆動電子機器(6)とは、1つの共通の冷却回路(100)を有しており、
前記冷却回路(100)は、互いに並べられた冷却エレメントを通って少なくとも区分的に形成されている冷却媒体通路(107)を有しており、
前記電気モータ(5)、前記コンプレッサ(10)、および前記駆動電子機器(6)には、それぞれ少なくとも1つの冷却エレメントが配設されており、
前記電気モータ(5)はステータ冷却エレメント(103)を有しており、前記各冷却エレメントは、前記冷却回路(100)内の冷却媒体が、まずは前記駆動電子機器(6)の前記冷却エレメント(102)を貫流し、次いで前記ステータ冷却エレメント(103)を貫流し、次いで前記コンプレッサ(10)の前記冷却エレメント(104)を貫流するように配置されており、
前記電気モータ(5)はケーシング冷却エレメント(101)をさらに有しており、前記冷却エレメントは、前記冷却回路(100)内の冷却媒体が、前記駆動電子機器(6)の前記冷却エレメント(102)を貫流する前にまずは前記ケーシング冷却エレメント(101)を貫流するように配置されている、
商用車のためのシステム(1)。 - 前記コンプレッサ(10)はスクリュコンプレッサ(10)である、請求項1記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記駆動電子機器(6)の前記冷却エレメント(102)は、前記冷却媒体通路(107)の貫流横断面を調節して流れ速度の過剰な低下を阻止するための流れ分配部分(102b)を有している、請求項1または2記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記駆動電子機器(6)の前記冷却エレメント(102)は、前記駆動電子機器(6)の表面に沿って実質的にW字型に延在する流れ通路(102a)を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のシステム(1)。
