Abstract
Description
本発明は更に、タイヤを硫化する装置に関するもので、この装置は、硫化されるタイヤのために少なくとも1つの加熱可能な型と、伝熱するための流体に対する導管装置とを備えて構成され、導管装置はベローズに接続可能である。

Claims (12)
- タイヤ加熱プレス(20)の領域にて型(21,22)に硫化されるタイヤがおかれ、前記型(21,22)が加熱され、そしてタイヤの内側表面の領域に伝熱のための流体が導かれる、タイヤを硫化する方法において、膨張可能なベローズ(7)のための担体(2)が使用され、前記担体(2)が環状形状を有し、前記流体がベローズ(7)に導かれることを特徴とする、タイヤを硫化する方法。
- 製造プロセスにてタイヤを搬送しタイヤを硫化するベローズリングシステム(1)が、タイヤ加熱プレス(20)の可動コンポーネントとして用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤを硫化する方法。
- ベローズリングシステム(1)がタイヤ加熱プレス(20)の固定コンポーネントであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤを硫化する方法。
- 「ベローズリングシステムの装填」(12)、「ベローズリングシステムでの生タイヤ18の搬送」(13)、「ベローズリングシステムでのタイヤの硫化」(14)、「ベローズリングシステムでの硫化されたタイヤの搬送」(15)、「ベローズリングシステムからの硫化されたタイヤの取り外し」(16)、及び「タイヤのないベローズリングシステムの搬送」(17)の各ステップから完全に、あるいは部分で構成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤを硫化する方法。
- 方法の個々のステップが合わさって循環を形成することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のタイヤを硫化する方法。
- ベローズリングシステム(1)のベローズ(7)が、生タイヤ(18)及び/又は硫化タイヤの搬送中に膨張されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤを硫化する方法。
- 少なくとも1つの個々のプロセスステップのために、1バール〜30バールの圧力で10℃〜200℃の温度の媒体がベローズリングシステム(1)に圧送され、あるいは該ベローズリングシステム(1)から送り出されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤを硫化する方法。
- 硫化されるタイヤのための少なくとも1つの加熱可能な型(21,22)と伝熱をもたらす流体のための導管装置(4,9,10)とを備えて構成されるタイヤ硫化装置であって、前記導管装置(4,9,10)がベローズ(7)に接続可能である、タイヤ硫化装置において、環状形状を有する膨張可能なベローズ(7)のための担体(2)を備えて構成されることを特徴とする、タイヤ硫化装置。
- タイヤがベローズリングシステムにて搬送可能で、硫化可能であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のタイヤ硫化装置。
- ベローズリングシステムが、タイヤが硫化され得るタイヤ加熱プレス(20)の固定コンポーネントであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のタイヤ硫化装置。
- ベローズリングシステム(1)において媒体のための内部導管構造(4,9,10)であって、接続部品(11)からベローズ(7)に至る内部導管構造を備えて構成されることを特徴とする、請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ硫化装置。
- そのベローズ(7)が流体の供給若しくは除去によって膨張若しくは収縮可能であり、タイヤの硫化に必要な温度を前記ベローズ(7)での前記流体を介してすべて若しくは部分的に供給することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のタイヤ硫化装置。
