Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- 3次元印刷方法であって:
a.構築材料を適用し;
b.構築材料の少なくとも一部上に、液体ビヒクル中に分散した金属酸化物ナノ粒子を含有する淡色融合剤を適用し;
c.そして構築材料を放射線に曝露して淡色融合剤組成物と接触している構築材料の部分を融合させ、3Dオブジェクトの層を形成することを含む、3次元印刷方法。 - 放射線吸収剤および水性ビヒクルを含むコア融合剤組成物が、少なくともポリマー構築材料の別の部分上へと同時にまたは逐次に適用される、請求項1の3次元印刷方法。
- カラーインク組成物が、淡色融合剤組成物および/またはコア融合剤組成物と同時に適用される、請求項2の3次元印刷方法。
- 淡色融合剤組成物および構築材料により形成された層の上にカラーインク組成物を適用することをさらに含む、請求項1の3次元印刷方法。
- 淡色融合剤組成物中において、金属酸化物ナノ粒子は式(1)MmM'Onを有し、ここでMはアルカリ金属であり、mは0より大きく1より小さく、M'は任意の金属であり、そしてnは0より大きく4より小さいかまたは等しく、両性イオン性安定剤を含有する液体ビヒクル中に分散されている、請求項1の3次元印刷方法。
- 淡色融合剤組成物中において、金属酸化物ナノ粒子は式(1)MmM'Onを有し、ここでMはセシウム(Cs)である、請求項5の3次元印刷方法。

- 淡色融合剤組成物中において、両性イオン性安定剤はC2からC8のベタイン、100gの水中に少なくとも10gの溶解度を有するC2からC8のアミノカルボン酸、タウリン、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項5の3次元印刷方法。
- コア融合剤組成物中において、放射線吸収剤はカーボンブラック顔料または近赤外吸収性染料である、請求項2の3次元印刷方法。
- カラーインク組成物は着色剤、分散剤/分散助剤、共溶媒、および水を含む、請求項3の3次元印刷方法。
- 3次元印刷方法によって得られた物品であって:
a.コア融合剤組成物で融合されたポリマー構築材料から作成されたコア基材;
b.コア基材の表面上に適用され、液体ビヒクル中に分散した金属酸化物ナノ粒子を含有する淡色融合剤組成物で融合されたポリマー構築材料を含む第1の層;
c.および第1の層の表面上に適用され、カラーインク組成物およびコア融合剤または淡色融合剤で融合されたポリマー構築材料を含む第2の層を含んでなる、物品。 - 第1の層において、淡色融合剤組成物は式(1)MmM'Onを有する金属酸化物ナノ粒子を含み、ここでMはセシウム(Cs)であり、mは0.33であり、M'はタングステン(W)であり、そしてnは0より大きく3より小さいかまたは等しい、請求項12の物品。
- 第2の層において、淡色融合剤組成物は式(1)MmM'Onを有する金属酸化物ナノ粒子を含み、ここでMはセシウム(Cs)であり、mは0.33であり、M'はタングステン(W)であり、そしてnは0より大きく3より小さいかまたは等しい、請求項12の物品。
