Description
Claims (18)
- 第1の支持層と第2の支持層との間に配された断熱層を備え、末端幅部を有するラミネート構造体と、
前記末端幅部に装着され、ダクトパネルを搭載可能に構成された取付フランジに結合される構成とされた終端キャップと、
を備えるダクトパネルであって、
前記終端キャップと前記取付フランジとが異なる材料から成り、
前記取付フランジと前記第2の支持層とが一体構造とされている、ダクトパネル。 - 前記断熱層がポリイソシアヌレート(PIR)から成る、請求項1に記載のダクトパネル。
- 前記終端キャップがプラスチック材料から成り、前記取付フランジが金属から成る、請求項1又は2に記載のダクトパネル。
- 前記プラスチック材料がポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)である、請求項3に記載のダクトパネル。
- 前記第1の支持層がダクトの内表面を形成する構成とされ、該第1の支持層が亜鉛めっき鋼、アルミニウム及びステンレス鋼から成る群より選択される1種の材料から成る、前掲の請求項のいずれか1項に記載のダクトパネル。
- 前記第2の支持層が前記ダクトの外表面を形成する構成とされ、該第2の支持層が亜鉛めっき鋼、アルミニウム及びステンレス鋼から成る群より選択される1種の材料から成る、請求項5に記載のダクトパネル。
- 前記取付フランジが前記第2の支持層から外方向に延在する、請求項6に記載のダクトパネル。
- 前記取付フランジが前記第2の支持層に着脱可能に装着されている、請求項7に記載のダクトパネル。
- 前記終端キャップはロック部材を含み、該ロック部材は前記取付フランジ側の対応するロック部材と係合する構成とされている、前掲の請求項のいずれか1項に記載のダクトパネル。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のダクトパネルの複数枚により構成されるダクトセクションであり、これらのダクトパネルが1つの閉断面を形成している、ダクトセクション。
- 隣接するダクトパネル同士が各パネルの長さ方向に沿いロック機構を用いて装着されている、請求項10に記載のダクトセクション。
- 第1の支持層と第2の支持層との間に断熱層を配し、末端幅部を有するラミネート構造体を形成する工程と、
前記末端幅部に終端キャップを取り付ける工程と、
前記終端キャップに取付フランジを結合する工程と
を備えるダクトパネルの製造方法であって、
前記終端キャップと前記取付フランジとが異なる材料から成り、
前記取付フランジと前記第2の支持層とが一体構造を形成している、方法。 - 前記断熱層がポリイソシアヌレート(PIR)から成る、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記終端キャップがプラスチック材料から成り、前記取付フランジが金属から成る、請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチック材料がポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の支持層が亜鉛めっき鋼、アルミニウム及びステンレス鋼から成る群より選択される1種の材料から成る、請求項12から15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の支持層が亜鉛めっき鋼、アルミニウム及びステンレス鋼から成る群より選択される1種の材料から成る、請求項12から16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載されたダクトパネルの複数枚を組み立ててダクトセクションを形成する工程と、
前記ダクトセクションを少なくとも1つの隣接するダクトセクションに各々の取付フランジを用いて装着する工程と、
を含む、ダクトの設置方法。
