Abstract
Description
− 本発明による組成であるスラブの供給工程:
− そのようなスラブを1000℃を超える温度で再加熱し、及びそれを少なくとも800℃の最終圧延温度で熱間圧延する工程、
− 熱間圧延鋼板を600℃未満の温度で巻取る工程、
− そのような熱間圧延鋼板を30〜80%の間に含まれる圧下率で冷間圧延する工程、
− そのような冷間圧延板を700〜1000℃の間に含まれる焼鈍温度まで加熱し、それをそのような温度で5分未満の間保持し、及びそれを少なくとも30℃/秒の速度で冷却することによる、冷間圧延板の第1の焼鈍工程、
− そのような焼鈍された板を400〜700℃の間に含まれる焼鈍温度まで加熱し、それをそのような温度で1分〜150時間の期間中保持し、及びそれを少なくとも30℃/秒の速度で冷却することによる、焼鈍された板の第2の焼鈍工程
を含む、本発明による方法を使用することが好ましい。

Claims (15)
- 冷間圧延及び焼鈍された鋼板であって、重量で、
0.6<C<1.3%、
15.0≦Mn<35%、
6.0≦Al<15%、
Si≦2.40%、
S≦0.015%、
P≦0.1%、
N≦0.1%、
個々の量で3%までの、Ni、Cr及びCuの中から選択される1種以上であってもよい任意の元素、及び累積量で2.0%までの、B、Ta、Zr、Nb、V、Ti、Mo及びWの中から選択される1種以上であってもよい元素を含み、組成の残部は鉄及び製錬により生じる不可避的不純物により構成され、前記板の微細構造は、少なくとも0.1%の粒内κ炭化物(ここで、そのようなκ炭化物の少なくとも80%は30nm未満の平均サイズを有する。)及び任意に10%までの粒状フェライトを含み、残部はオーステナイトから構成され、オーステナイトの平均粒径及び平均アスペクト比は、それぞれ6μm未満であり及び1.5〜6の間に含まれ、フェライトの平均粒径及びアスペクト比は、存在する場合、それぞれ5μm未満及び3.0未満である、鋼板。 - 炭素含有量が0.8〜1.0%の間に含まれる、請求項1に記載の鋼板。
- マンガン含有量が18〜30%の間に含まれる、請求項1又は2に記載の鋼板。
- アルミニウム含有量が8.5〜10%の間に含まれる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の鋼板。
- 鋼板が、少なくとも1000MPaの極限引張強度、少なくとも900MPaの降伏強度及び7.3未満の密度を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の鋼板。
- 鋼板が金属皮膜で覆われている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の鋼板。
- 鋼板がアルミニウム系皮膜又は亜鉛系皮膜で覆われている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の鋼板。
- 鋼板の製造方法であって、以下の工程:
− 請求項1〜4に記載される組成であるスラブの供給工程:
− そのようなスラブを1000℃を超える温度で再加熱し、及びそれを少なくとも800℃の最終圧延温度で熱間圧延する工程、
− 熱間圧延鋼板を600℃未満の温度で巻取る工程、
− そのような熱間圧延鋼板を30〜80%の間に含まれる圧下率で冷間圧延する工程、
− そのような冷間圧延板を700〜1000℃の間に含まれる焼鈍温度まで加熱し、それをそのような温度で5分未満の間保持し、及びそれを少なくとも30℃/秒の速度で冷却することによる、冷間圧延板の第1の焼鈍工程、
− そのような焼鈍された板を400〜700℃の間に含まれる焼鈍温度まで加熱し、それをそのような温度で1分〜150時間の期間中保持し、及びそれを少なくとも30℃/秒の速度で冷却することによる、焼鈍された板の第2の焼鈍工程
を含む、方法。 - 第1の焼鈍温度が800〜950℃の間に含まれる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 巻取り温度が350〜500℃の間に含まれる、請求項8から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第2の焼鈍の保持時間が2〜10時間の間である、請求項9から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 最終被覆工程をさらに含む、請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 車両の構造部品又は安全部品を製造するための、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の鋼板、又は請求項8から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って得ることができる鋼板の使用。
- 鋼板のフレキシブル圧延によって得られる、請求項13に記載の部品。
- 請求項13又は14のいずれかに記載の部品を備える車両。
