(ポリエチレンカーボネート樹脂の製造)
ジエチル−亜鉛触媒を用いてエチレンオキシドと二酸化炭素を共重合してポリエチレンカーボネート樹脂を次の方法で製造した(Journal of Polymer Science B 1969,7,287;Journal of Controlled release 1997,49,263)。
前記製造したポリエチレンカーボネートに、ポリラクチド(NatureWorks PLA 3001D)を混合して、ポリラクチドの含有量が5wt%になるように、ペレットを製造した。
50gのポリアルキレンカーボネート(重量平均分子量:174,000g/mol、NatureWorks PLA 3001D 5wt%含有)ペレットと、450gのポリケトン(HYOSUNG、M620A)ペレットを常温でドライブレンディングした。
100gのポリアルキレンカーボネート(重量平均分子量:174,000g/mol、NatureWorks PLA 3001D 5wt%含有)ペレットと、400gのポリケトン(HYOSUNG、M620A)ペレットを常温でドライブレンディングした。
500gのポリケトン(HYOSUNG、M620A)ペレットを40℃の真空オーブンで一晩中乾燥した後に用いた。
500gのポリケトン(HYOSUNG、M620A)ペレットをツインスクリュー押出機(twin screw extruder、BA−19、BAUTECH)を用いて再押出し、ペレット形態に製造し、得られたペレット形態の樹脂組成物を40℃の真空オーブンで一晩中乾燥した後に用いた。
前記実施例および比較例で製造したペレットを、回転型レオメーター(ARES G2、TA instrument)を用い、240℃で時間による粘度変化を測定した。
Claims (12)
- ポリケトン100重量部に対して、
1重量部以上100重量部未満のポリアルキレンカーボネートを含む、ポリケトン樹脂組成物。 - 前記ポリケトンは、下記化学式1で表される繰り返し単位を1種以上含む、請求項1に記載のポリケトン樹脂組成物:
Rは、
炭素数1乃至10の、線状または分岐状アルキレン;炭素数1乃至10の、アリーレン;炭素数1乃至10の、アルキルエーテル;炭素数1乃至10の、アリールエーテル;炭素数1乃至10のアルキルエステル;または炭素数1乃至10の、アリールエステルであり、
nは、10乃至1000の整数である。 - 前記ポリケトンは、エチレン、プロピレン、イソプロピレン、またはブチレン単位を含む脂肪族ポリケトンである、請求項1に記載のポリケトン樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリケトンは、二元共重合体または三元共重合体である、請求項1に記載のポリケトン樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリケトンは、重量平均分子量が10,000乃至1,000,000g/molである、請求項1に記載のポリケトン樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリアルキレンカーボネートは、下記化学式2で表される繰り返し単位を含む、請求項1に記載のポリケトン樹脂組成物:
R1乃至R4は、それぞれ独立に、水素、炭素数1乃至20の線状または分岐状のアルキル基、炭素数6乃至20のアリール基、炭素数1乃至20のアルケニル基または炭素数3乃至20のシクロアルキル基であり;R1乃至R4のうちの少なくともいずれか二つは、互いに連結されて炭素数3乃至10のシクロアルキル基を形成してもよく;
mは、10乃至1,000の整数である。 - 前記ポリアルキレンカーボネートは、重量平均分子量が10,000乃至1,000,000g/molである、請求項1に記載のポリケトン樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリアルキレンカーボネートは、ポリエチレンカーボネート、ポリプロピレンカーボネート、ポリペンテンカーボネート、ポリヘキセンカーボネート、ポリオクテンカーボネート、ポリシクロヘキセンカーボネートおよびこれらの共重合体からなる群より選択された1種以上である、請求項1に記載のポリケトン樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリケトン100重量部に対して、ポリラクチド1乃至30重量部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のポリケトン樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリラクチドは、重量平均分子量が10,000乃至1,000,000g/molである、請求項9に記載のポリケトン樹脂組成物。
- 240℃における粘度上昇率が10%以下である、請求項1に記載のポリケトン樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1に記載のポリケトン樹脂組成物を利用して製造される、ポリケトン樹脂成形品。
