Description
本出願は、2016年5月10日に出願されたイタリア出願第102016000047936号の利益を主張するものである。
イソシアネート成分は、少なくとも1つのイソシアネートを含む。少なくとも1つのイソシアネートは、イソシアネートプレポリマー、イソシアネートモノマー、ポリイソシアネート(例えば、ダイマー、トリマーなど)、及びそれらの2つ以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択することができる。本明細書で使用される場合、「ポリイソシアネート」は、2つ以上のイソシアネート基を含有する任意の化合物である。イソシアネートプレポリマーは、少なくとも1つのイソシアネートと少なくとも1つのポリオールとを含む反応物の反応生成物である。本明細書で使用される場合、「イソシアネートプレポリマー」は、ポリイソシアネート自体であり得る。

Claims (14)
- 二成分無溶剤接着剤組成物であって、
少なくとも1つのイソシアネートを含むイソシアネート成分と、
2つ以上の第1級ヒドロキシル基及び第3級アミンを組み込む主鎖を含む少なくとも1つのアミン開始ポリオールを含む、ポリオール成分と、を含み、前記アミン開始ポリオールが、2〜12の官能価、5〜1,830のヒドロキシル価、及び40℃で500〜20,000mPa・sの粘度を含む、二成分無溶剤接着剤組成物。 - 前記イソシアネート成分が、第1の基材への塗布に適合し、前記ポリオール成分が、第2の基材への塗布に適合する、請求項1に記載の二成分無溶剤接着剤組成物。
- 前記接着剤組成物が、前記イソシアネート成分とポリオール成分とを混合して10分以内に10,000mPa・s(40℃で)を超える粘度を含む、請求項1に記載の二成分無溶剤接着剤組成物。
- 二成分無溶剤接着剤組成物であって、
第1の基材に塗布するのに適合し、少なくとも1つのイソシアネートを含むイソシアネート成分と、
第2の基材に塗布するのに適合し、第1級ヒドロキシル基及び第3級アミンを組み込む主鎖を含む少なくとも1つのアミン開始ポリオールを含む、ポリオール成分と、を含む、二成分無溶剤接着剤組成物。 - 前記アミン開始ポリオールが、構造Iを有する、請求項4に記載の二成分無溶剤接着剤組成物。
- 前記アミン開始ポリオールが、4の官能価を含む、請求項4に記載の二成分無溶剤接着剤組成物。
- 前記アミン開始ポリオールが、37のヒドロキシル価を含む、請求項4に記載の二成分無溶剤接着剤組成物。
- 前記アミン開始ポリオールが、25℃で約1,200mPa・sの粘度を含む、請求項4に記載の二成分無溶剤接着剤組成物。
- 前記アミン開始ポリオールが、約6,000g/molの分子量を含む、請求項4に記載の二成分無溶剤接着剤組成物。
- イソシアネート成分対ポリオール成分の重量比が、0.5:1〜1.5:1である、請求項4に記載の二成分無溶剤接着剤組成物。
- 前記イソシアネート成分が、約50%未満のモノマー含有量を含む、請求項4に記載の二成分無溶剤接着剤組成物。
- 前記イソシアネート成分が、40℃で500〜10,000mPa・sの粘度を含む、請求項4に記載の二成分無溶剤接着剤組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリイソシアネートが、4,4−メチレンジフェニルジポリイソシアネート(「MDI」)、2,4−MDI、2,2’−MDI、2,4−トルエン−ジポリイソシアネート(「TDI」)、2,6−TDI、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(「HDI」)の異性体、及びそれらの2つ以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項4に記載の二成分無溶剤接着剤組成物。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の二成分無溶剤接着剤組成物を含むラミネート構造。
