Abstract
Description
(A)1つ以上のポリイソシアネートと、
(B)1つ以上の高分子ポリオールであって、
(I)ポリオール開始剤であって、
(a)構造I:
R2及びR3が独立して、C1−C6直鎖若しくは分岐鎖アルキル基である、1つ以上のジヒドロキシ三級アミン化合物と、
(b)ポリヒドロキシアルコールとの反応生成物である、該ポリオール開始剤と、
(II)構造X:
式中、R4が水素、フェニル、シクロヘキシル、またはC1−C18直鎖若しくは分岐鎖アルキルであり、
R5が水素、フェニル、C1−C6直鎖若しくは分岐鎖アルキル置換フェニル、またはC1−C18直鎖若しくは分岐鎖アルキルである、1つ以上のエポキシド化合物、または1つ以上のグリシジルエーテル化合物、あるいはそれらの組み合わせとの反応生成物である、該高分子ポリオールと、を含み、
該接着剤組成物の重量に基づき、0〜5重量%の量で溶剤を含有する、該接着剤組成物である。
(i)該第1の基板の表面に請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物の層を適用することと、
(ii)次いで該第2の基板の表面を請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物の該層と接触させることと、
(iii)次いで請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物の該層を硬化させることと、を含む、該方法である。

Claims (5)
- 接着剤組成物であって、
(A)1つ以上のポリイソシアネートと、
(B)1つ以上の高分子ポリオールであって、
(I)ポリオール開始剤であって、
(a)構造I:
R2及びR3が独立して、C1−C6直鎖若しくは分岐鎖アルキル基である、1つ以上のジヒドロキシ三級アミン化合物と、
(b)ポリヒドロキシアルコールとの反応生成物である、前記ポリオール開始剤と、
(II)構造X:
式中、R4が水素、フェニル、シクロヘキシル、またはC1−C18直鎖若しくは分岐鎖アルキルであり、
R5が水素、フェニル、C1−C6直鎖若しくは分岐鎖アルキル置換フェニル、またはC1−C18直鎖若しくは分岐鎖アルキルである、1つ以上のエポキシド化合物、または1つ以上のグリシジルエーテル化合物、あるいはそれらの組み合わせとの反応生成物である、前記高分子ポリオールと、を含み、
前記接着剤組成物の重量に基づき、0〜5重量%の量で溶剤を含有する、前記接着剤組成物。 - 前記ポリイソシアネートが、1つ以上の脂肪族ポリイソシアネートを含む、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- R1がメチルであり、R2及びR3が共にエチルであり、前記ポリヒドロキシアルコールがグリセリンである、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 第1の基板を第2の基板に結合する方法であって、
(i)前記第1の基板の表面に請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物の層を適用することと、
(ii)次いで前記第2の基板の表面を請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物の前記層と接触させることと、
(iii)次いで請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物の前記層を硬化させることと、を含む、前記方法。 - 前記第1の基板がフィルムであり、前記第2の基板がフィルムである、請求項4に記載の方法。
