Abstract
Description
印刷物と同一な形態の断面パターンを有するように区画された二つ以上の空間を提供する区画部材を含み、前記区画部材によって区画された空間にそれぞれ異なる印刷用インクが収容される収容部と、前記収容部の下部に位置し前記インクが通過する単一通路を備え収容部に収容されたインクを吐出する吐出部を含むインク吐出部材、
前記吐出部の末端に連結されたノズル、および
前記各区画された空間に収容されたインクに圧力を加える加圧部材を含み、
それぞれ異なるインクが単一通路を備えた吐出部を通じて印刷物と同一な形態の断面パターンを有するように印刷される三次元プリンティング装置に関するものである。

縮小比率=100−(収容部断面直径/印刷物断面直径)×100(%)
4つの区画に区分された収容部を含む吐出部材を用いて三次元プリンティングを行うために、4区画の区画部材を三次元印刷方法でポリ乳酸(polyactic acid;PLA)を材質にして製造した。
実施例1と同一なインク吐出部材を用いた三次元プリンティング装置を使用し、ノズルの大きさを18、20、22、25および27ゲージ(Gauge)でRGBヒドロゲルがプリンティングされることを共焦点顕微鏡で確認した。図6は、実施例2によって4つの区画に区分された収容部を含む吐出部材を用いてRGBヒドロゲルがノズルの大きさの変化によってプリンティングされた結果物を示す共焦点顕微鏡観察結果を示す。断面図(Cross−sectional View)に示されているように、インク吐出部材の断面形状と同一な形状に小型化が可能であった。

多様な形状の区画部を備えたインク吐出部材を用いて三次元プリンティングを行うために、多様な形態の区画部材を三次元印刷方法でポリ乳酸(polyactic acid;PLA)を材質にして製造した。
Claims (23)
- 三次元プリンティング装置に備えられた、インクを収容する収容部、吐出部および二つ以上の区画された空間を提供する区画部材を含むインク吐出部材の各区画された空間に異なるインクを提供する段階、
前記各区画された空間に収容されたインクに同一条件の圧力を加えて、二つ以上の区画された空間に収容されたインクを単一吐出口に吐出してインク吐出物を製造する段階、および
前記インク吐出物を基板に印刷する段階を含む、断面パターンを有する印刷物の三次元プリンティング方法。 - 前記インク吐出部材は、前記区画部材で三次元印刷物と同一な形態の断面パターンを有するように区画された二つ以上の空間を提供するものである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記インク吐出部材は、三次元印刷物と同一な形態の断面パターンを有するように区画された二つ以上の空間を提供する区画部材を含み、前記区画部材によって区画された空間にそれぞれ異なる印刷用インクが収容される収容部と、前記収容部の下部に位置し前記インクが通過する単一通路を備え収容部に収容されたインクを吐出する吐出部を含むものである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷物は人工組織である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記収容部の断面直径と印刷物の断面直径の比率が100:99〜100:0.1である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記区画部材は、三次元プリンティング方法で製造されるものである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記インク吐出物を製造する段階は、前記インクを収容する段階と同時にまたは順次に行われるものである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記インクは、構成成分、構成成分の含有量および物性からなる群より選択された1種以上が異なるものである、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記インクは、25℃で測定した粘度が2cp〜1,000,000cpの粘度を有するものである、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記インクは、ゲル化高分子を含むものである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記インクは、ゲル化高分子、細胞、成長因子、および細胞外気質からなる群より選択された1種以上を含むものである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記同一条件の圧力を加えることは、単一加圧部材を用いて圧力を加えるか、二つ以上の加圧部材を用いて同一圧力で加圧して行うことである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 断面パターンを有する印刷物の三次元プリンティング装置であって、
印刷物と同一な形態の断面パターンを有するように区画された二つ以上の空間を提供する区画部材を含み、前記区画部材によって区画された空間にそれぞれ異なる印刷用インクが収容される収容部と、前記収容部の下部に位置し前記インクが通過する単一通路を備え収容部に収容されたインクを吐出する吐出部を含むインク吐出部材、
前記吐出部の末端に連結されたノズル、および
前記各区画された空間に収容されたインクに圧力を加える加圧部材を含み、
それぞれ異なるインクが単一通路を備えた吐出部を通じて印刷物と同一な形態の断面パターンを有するように印刷される、三次元プリンティング装置。 - 前記各区画された空間に収容されたインクに同一加圧部材で圧力を加えて、各区画された空間に収容されたインクが共に吐出される、請求項13に記載のプリンティング装置。
- 前記区画部材は、前記インク吐出部材から着脱可能なものである、請求項13に記載のプリンティング装置。
- 前記区画部材は、前記収容部の内部に装着可能な中空部を追加的に含むものである、請求項13に記載のプリンティング装置。
- 前記区画部材は、三次元プリンティング方法で製作されたものである、請求項13に記載のプリンティング装置。
- 前記インク吐出部材に連結され、吐出部材の各区画された空間にインクを提供するインク提供部材を追加的に含む、請求項13に記載のプリンティング装置。
- 前記インク提供部材は、インク貯蔵槽と、前記貯蔵槽から供給管を通じて収容部に供給されるインクの供給を調節する供給制御部を含むものである、請求項18に記載のプリンティング装置。
- 前記印刷物は、人工組織である、請求項13に記載のプリンティング装置。
- 前記インクは、構成成分、含有量組成および物性からなる群より選択された1種以上が異なるものである、請求項13に記載のプリンティング装置。
- 前記インクは、ゲル化高分子を含むものである、請求項13に記載のプリンティング装置。
- 前記インクは、ゲル化高分子、細胞、成長因子、および細胞外気質からなる群より選択された1種以上を含むものである、請求項22に記載のプリンティング装置。
