内部空間に印刷用インクが収容される収容部と、前記収容部の下部に位置し前記インクが通過する単一通路を備え収容部に収容されたインクを吐出する吐出部を含むインク吐出部材、
前記吐出部の末端に連結されたノズル、および
前記収容されたインクに物理的な力を加える加圧部材を含み、
前記インクが単一通路を備えた吐出部を通じて印刷物と同一な形態の断面パターンを有するように印刷される三次元プリンティング装置に関するものである。

前記数式1中、
Aは、三次元印刷方法でシリンジに提供された1次インク印刷物の直径であり、
Bは、プリンティングインクの2次印刷物の直径であり、
前記AおよびBは、同一長さ単位である。
三次元プリンティング装置のインク収容部であるシリンジに3w/v%アルギン酸ナトリウム(Sodium alginate)材質の充填用第1ヒドロゲルを注入した。前記第1ヒドロゲルが注入されたシリンジに、長い長さのノズルを備えた三次元プリンティング装置を用いて、グリーン(Green)蛍光粒子が含まれている3w/v%アルギン酸ナトリウム(sodium alginate)を第2ヒドロゲルとして三次元印刷方法で注入した。具体的な製造過程の一例は図1に例示した方法と類似の方法で行った。シリンジに印刷されたインク形状を写真で撮って図2に示した。
実施例1と同一なインク吐出部材を用いた三次元プリンティング装置を使用し、ノズルの大きさを18、20、22、25および27ゲージ(Gauge)でヒドロゲルがプリンティングされることを共焦点顕微鏡で確認した。具体的に18、20、22、25および27ゲージ(Gauge)の各ノズルの内径は0.82mm、0.63mm、0.41mm、0.28mm、および0.1mmであった。前記共焦点顕微鏡写真を図8に示した。

前記AおよびBは同一長さ単位である。
実施例1と同一なシリンジに第1ヒドロゲルを注入した。前記ヒドロゲルが注入されたシリンジに、長い長さのノズルを備えた三次元プリンティング装置を用いて、それぞれグリーン(Green)、ブルー(Blue)、レッド(Red)蛍光粒子が含まれている3w/v%アルギン酸ナトリウム(sodium alginate)を順次に印刷したインク印刷物をシリンジに注入し、得られたRGBヒドロゲルがプリンティングされることを共焦点顕微鏡で確認した。前記三つのインクで製造されたインク印刷物が充填されたシリンジおよびその製造過程の模式図を図7に示した。
実施例1と同一なシリンジに3w/v%アルギン酸ナトリウム(sodium alginate)を注入し、長いノズルを用いて温度敏感性ヒドロゲルの3%ゼラチンを既注入されたアルギネートの内部に三次元印刷方法を用いて注入した。準備された複合ヒドロゲルを200Mmのカルシウムクロリドにプリンティングすればアルギネートのみゲル化が誘導されゼラチンはゲル化されないまま存在するようになる。このプリンティング構造体を37℃の液体に入れておけば、ゲル化されたアルギネートはそのまま形状を維持するがゼラチンは溶けて内腔構造を形成した。
実施例4と同様な方法で、シリンジに3w/v%アルギン酸ナトリウム(sodium alginate)を注入し、長い長さのノズルを備えた三次元プリンティング装置を用いて、平滑筋細胞が1×107Cells/mL以上の濃度で含まれている3%アルギネートを前記充填された3%アルギネート内に注入し、血管内皮細胞が1×107Cells/mL以上の濃度で内在された3%ゼラチンを平滑筋細胞が内在されたアルギネートに注入する連続的な方法を通じて、血管構造を模写した。

Claims (14)
- インク収容部および吐出部を含み、単一通路を備えた三次元印刷用インク吐出部材に、2つ以上の互いに異なるインクのうちの少なくとも1種のインクをインク充填物で提供した後、前記インクのうちの少なくとも1種のインクを三次元印刷方法で印刷したインク印刷物で提供するインク提供段階、
前記インク吐出部材に物理的力を加えて収容されたインクが吐出部の単一通路に吐出されてインク吐出物を製造する段階、および
前記インク吐出物を基板に印刷する段階を含み、少なくとも1種類のインクが細胞を含む三次元印刷方法において、
前記インク吐出物の断面パターンがインク収容部の断面パターンと同一の形態を有し、元の断面の形態を維持して断面の大きさのみ小さくなるように、インク収容部に収容されたインクに同一条件の圧力を加えてインク吐出物を押し出すことを特徴とする、三次元印刷方法。 - 前記インク提供段階で、インク印刷物は三次元パターンを有するものである、請求項1に記載の三次元印刷方法。
- 前記インク提供段階で、前記インク充填物は三次元印刷方法以外の方法で提供する、請求項1に記載の三次元印刷方法。
- 前記インクは、25℃で測定した粘度が2cp〜1,000,000cpの粘度を有するものである、請求項1に記載の三次元印刷方法。
- 前記インク充填物とインク印刷物のインク粘度差は0〜5,000cpである、請求項1に記載の三次元印刷方法。
- 前記インク充填物とインク印刷物の弾性の差が0〜10,000Pa以内である、請求項3に記載の三次元印刷方法。
- 前記インク提供段階で、前記インク充填物を提供した後に、少なくとも2種類のインクを三次元印刷方法で印刷したインク印刷物を提供する、請求項1に記載の三次元印刷方法。
- 前記インク吐出部材は、内部空間にインクが収容されるインク収容部と、前記収容部の下部に位置し前記インクが通過する単一通路を備え収容部に収容されたインクを吐出する吐出部を含むものである、請求項1に記載の三次元印刷方法。
- 前記インク吐出部材に提供されたインクの断面直径と吐出物の断面直径の比率が100:99〜100:0.1である、請求項1に記載の三次元印刷方法。
- 前記印刷物は人工組織である、請求項1に記載の三次元印刷方法。
- 前記インク吐出物を製造する段階は、前記インクを収容する段階と順次に行われる、請求項1に記載の三次元印刷方法。
- 前記インクは、構成成分、構成成分の含量および物性からなる群より選択された1種以上が異なるものである、請求項1に三次元印刷方法。
