Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 耐火物の内部に少なくとも一部分が挿入されているケーブルモジュール;
前記耐火物の外部に配置され、前記ケーブルモジュールに流れる電流信号を測定する計測モジュール;
前記計測モジュールで測定された電流信号に基づいて前記耐火物の状態を判断し、前記耐火物の状態を表示して、前記耐火物に対する管理情報を生成する統合管理モジュール;及び
前記統合管理モジュールから管理情報を受けるローカル端末;を含み、
前記ケーブルモジュールは、前記耐火物の内部に配置される一つ以上のケーブルを含み、前記ケーブルは、両端が前記計測モジュールと結合された金属電線と、前記金属電線の外側面の少なくとも一部分にコーティングされ、前記耐火物の温度上昇時に溶けながら前記金属電線の膨張空間を確保する空間確保用コーティング層と、を有することを特徴とする耐火物統合管理システム。 - 前記ケーブルモジュールは、前記耐火物での深さに応じて互いに独立的に配置される第1ケーブル及び第2ケーブルを含み、前記第1ケーブル及び第2ケーブルは、前記計測モジュールと独立的に連結されてそれぞれ閉ループを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の耐火物統合管理システム。
- 前記金属電線は、スクリュー形状の電線本体と、前記電線本体の外側面の少なくとも一部分に突出形成された突起と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の耐火物統合管理システム。
- 前記計測モジュールは、前記ケーブルモジュールに流れる電流信号を測定するセンシング部、及び前記センシング部で測定された電流信号を前記統合管理モジュールに送信するデータ送信部を含み、前記統合管理モジュールは、前記データ送信部から伝達される電流信号を受信するデータ受信部、前記データ受信部から伝達される電流信号を演算することによって前記耐火物の状態を判断するデータ分析部、前記データ分析部で判断された前記耐火物の状態をモニタリングするように表示するデータ出力部、及び前記耐火物に対する管理情報をローカル端末に送信する管理指示部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の耐火物統合管理システム。
- 前記空間確保用コーティング層はパラフィン材質で構成され、前記金属電線は、複数からなる個別電線がツイスト形状に絡み合ったことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の耐火物統合管理システム。
- 前記金属電線は、電線本体と、前記電線本体の外側面の少なくとも一部分に不規則に接着する耐火物結束部材と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の耐火物統合管理システム。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項による耐火物統合管理システムを制御するにおいて、
前記計測モジュールによって、前記ケーブルモジュールに流れる電流信号が測定される段階;
前記統合管理モジュールによって、前記計測モジュールで測定された電流信号による前記耐火物の状態が判断される段階;
前記統合管理モジュールによって、前記耐火物の状態が前記データ出力部に表示される段階;及び
前記統合管理モジュールによって、前記耐火物に対する管理情報が前記ローカル端末に伝送されるようにする段階;を含む耐火物統合管理システムの制御方法。 - 前記耐火物の状態が正常状態の範囲から逸脱する場合、前記耐火物と隣接して配置されるアラーム手段でアラーム情報が表示される段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の耐火物統合管理システムの制御方法。
