Claims (7)
- 二つの外装被覆不織布(1及び4)として、
a)30g/m2から200g/m2まで、好ましくは50g/m2から150g/m2までの目付を有するポリエチレン粘着不織布から成る第一の被覆不織布と、50g/m2から250g/m2まで、好ましくは80g/m2から200g/m2までの目付を有するポリプロピレン/ポリエチレンテレフタラート不織布から成る第二の被覆不織布(4)、又は
b)100g/m2から800g/m2まで、好ましくは300g/m2から600g/m2までの目付を有するポリプロピレン/ポリエチレンテレフタラート被覆不織布である二つの被覆不織布(1及び4)
を有する、ニードルパンチされた吸音性及び/又は不織布補強性多層(5)であって、
何れでも、前記外装被覆不織布(1及び4)で挟まれており、250g/m2から700g/m2までの目付を有しているポリエチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタラート、ポリプロピレン、又は多成分(BiCo)繊維状物質の破砕材料(3)から成る層を、有しており、
前記破砕材料(3)は、再生した綿、ポリエチレンテレフタラート、又は二成分繊維の屑繊維を、前記破砕材料(3)に対して5重量%から50重量%まで、好ましくは10重量%から40重量%まで、含んでいる
ことを特徴とする、ニードルパンチされた吸音性及び/又は不織布補強性多層(5)。 - 40μmから150μmまで、特に60μmから100μmまでの全厚みを有するポリエチレン/ポリアミド/ポリエチレン シート(2)が、ニードルパンチされた被覆不織布(1)側である最上面と、破砕材料/屑繊維(3)から成る前記層との間に、設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のニードルパンチされた吸音性及び/又は不織布補強性多層(5)。
- 40μmから150μmまで、特に60μmから100μmまでの全厚みを有するポリエチレン/ポリアミド/ポリエチレン シート(2)が、ニードルパンチされた被覆不織布(1)側である最上面及び破砕材料/屑繊維(3)から成る前記層と、最下面の前記被覆不織布(4)との間に、設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のニードルパンチされた吸音性及び/又は不織布補強性多層(5)。
- 少なくとも何れか又は両方の前記外装被覆不織布(1及び4)が、シート状のポリエチレンテレフタラート−ポリエチレン/ポリアミド/ポリエチレンの不織布を有しており、それのポリエチレン側が前記破砕材料に上張りされていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の吸音性及び/又は不織布補強性多層(5)。
- 前記ポリエチレン/ポリアミド/ポリエチレン シート(2)、及び/又は前記シート状のポリエチレンテレフタラート−ポリエチレン/ポリアミド/ポリエチレンの不織布が、微細穿孔化されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の吸音性及び/又は不織布補強性多層(5)。
- 請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の吸音性及び/又は不織布補強性多層(5)を製造する方法であって、
破砕径が1mmから8mmまで、特に2mmから3mmまでの範囲にある破砕材料(3)と、破砕径が1μmから1mmまでの範囲にある屑繊維(3)とを、前記第一の被覆不織布(4)上に撒いた後、前記第二の被覆不織布(1)を、最上面に設け、前記複合材(5)全体を圧縮し、ニードルパンチすることを特徴とする方法。 - さらに、少なくとも一つのポリエチレン/ポリアミド/ポリエチレン シート(2)を、最上の被覆不織布(1)の下、又は最下の前記被覆不織布(4)の上に設け、前記ポリエチレン/ポリアミド/ポリエチレン シート(2)に、前記複合材(5)全体のニードルパンチにより微細穿孔(列)を施すことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
