Claims (14)
- 複数のジョイント収容領域(5,14)を有しかつ繊維強化されたプラスチックから成る積層体から構成された1つの部品本体(2)と、ジョイント収容領域(5,14)のそれぞれ1つに配置される複数のジョイント(3,4)を有するシャーシ部品において、
積層体が、部品本体(2)の第1のジョイント収容領域(5)と第2のジョイント収容領域(14)の間に位置する部分(16)内で捩れており、これにより、第2のジョイント収容領域(14)が、第1のジョイント収容領域(5)に対して捩れていること、を特徴とするシャーシ部品。 - 第2のジョイント収容領域(14)が、第1のジョイント収容領域(5)に対して0°を超えるが90°未満の角度の分だけ捩れていること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載のシャーシ部品。
- 第2のジョイント収容領域(14)内で、積層体に切欠き(15)が形成され、この切欠き内に、第2のジョイント収容領域(14)に配置されるジョイント(4)が装着されていること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシャーシ部品。
- 第2のジョイント収容領域(14)内の切欠き(15)が、第2のジョイント収容領域(14)の積層体平面(25)に対して斜めに延在すること、を特徴とする請求項3に記載のシャーシ部品。
- 第2のジョイント収容領域(14)内の切欠き(15)が、第1のジョイント収容領域(5)の積層体平面(26)に対して平行に延在する、又は、第1のジョイント収容領域(5)の積層体平面(26)内又はこの積層体平面(26)を含む平面内に位置すること、を特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のシャーシ部品。
- 第2のジョイント収容領域(14)に配置されるジョイント(4)が、第2のジョイント収容領域(14)の切欠き(15)に圧入されていること、を特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシャーシ部品。
- 第2のジョイント収容領域(14)に配置されるジョイント(14)が、付加的に第2のジョイント収容領域(14)の切欠き(15)内に噛合い係合式に固定されていること、を特徴とする請求項6に記載のシャーシ部品。
- 第2のジョイント収容領域(14)に配置されるジョイント(4)が、エラストマー軸受として形成されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のシャーシ部品。
- 第1のジョイント収容領域(5)内で、積層体に切欠き(13)が形成され、この切欠き内に、第1のジョイント収容領域(5)に配置されるジョイント(3)が装着されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のシャーシ部品。
- 第1のジョイント収容領域(5)内の切欠き(13)が、第1のジョイント収容領域(5)の積層体平面(26)に対して垂直又は実質的に垂直に延在すること、を特徴とする請求項9に記載のシャーシ部品。
- 第1のジョイント収容領域(5)に配置されるジョイント(3)が、ボールジョイントとして形成されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のシャーシ部品。
- 積層体が、部品本体(2)の第1のジョイント収容領域(5)と第3のジョイント収容領域の間に位置する部分内で捩れており、これにより、第3のジョイント収容領域が、第1のジョイント収容領域(5)に対して捩れていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のシャーシ部品。
- 部品本体(2)が、複数のアーム(6,7)を備え、これらアームが、それぞれ部分(16)の1つを有し、第2のジョイント収容領域(14)が第1のアーム(6)によって第1のジョイント収容領域(5)と結合され、第3のジョイント収容領域が、第2のアーム(7)によって第1のジョイント収容領域(5)と結合されていること、を特徴とする請求項12に記載のシャーシ部品。
- 積層体が、熱硬化性のプラスチックマトリックスを含むこと、を特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のシャーシ部品。
