Description
Karlin and Altschul, Proc. Natl. Acad. ScL USA 90:5873-5877, 1993において改変されたKarlin and Altschulのアルゴリズム(Karlin and Altschul, Proc. Natl. Acad. ScL USA 87:22264-2268, 1990)はAltschul et al.(Altschul, et al., J. Mol. Biol.
Tregはまた、様々なTregサブクラス、例えばtTreg(胸腺由来)およびpTreg(末梢由来で、末梢のナイーブT細胞から分化したもの)を含む。
Ausubel et al., Current Protocols in Molecular Biology, John Wiley & Sons, New York
前述した変異のすべてを、wt IL-2、または置換C125S(対のないシステイン残基を除去することによってIL-2安定性を促進する置換である)を有するwt IL-2の背景に導入することができる。
1)アラニン(A)、グリシン(G);
2)セリン(S)、スレオニン(T);
3)アスパラギン酸(D)、グルタミン酸(E);
4)アスパラギン(N)、グルタミン(Q);
5)システイン(C)、メチオニン(M);
6)アルギニン(R)、リジン(K)、ヒスチジン(H);
8)フェニルアラニン(F)、チロシン(Y)、トリプトファン(W);
Remington: The Science and Practice of Pharmacy, Gennaro, ed., Mack Publishing Co., Easton, Pa., 19.sup.th ed.,
The Autoimmune Diseases(Rose and Mackay, 2014, Academic Press)に見出すことができる。
(Jailwala, P., et al., 2009, PLoS One. 2009; 4:e6527;Long, S. A., et al., 2010, Diabetes 59:407-15)。
抗体混合物は、抗CD4-PerCP-Cy5.5(BD、#560650)、抗pSTAT5-AF-488(BD、#612598)、抗CD25-PE(BD、#560989)、抗CD56-PE-CF594(BD、#562328)、抗FOXP3-AF647(BD、#560889)、抗CD3-V450(BD、560366)、および 抗CD8-BV650(Biolegend、#301041)からなるものだった。
