Description
Claims (16)
- 塗装チャンバーからスプレーしぶきを排除するために空気流によって通過させられる塗料が吹き付けられる前記塗装チャンバー(11)を具え、前記空気流がこの空気流から前記スプレーしぶきを除去するためのスプレーしぶき除去ユニット(17)を通過して前記塗装チャンバーを出る塗装ブース(10)であって、前記除去ユニット(17)は、前記スプレーしぶきを含む空気流が前記スプレーしぶきをクリーニングエレメントに放出するように通過する攪拌状態に保たれた前記クリーニングエレメント(25)の凝集しない集合体を具えていることを特徴とする塗装ブース。
- 前記クリーニングエレメントは、前記スプレーしぶきを形成する塗料滴の平均寸法の100倍から10000倍までの間にある大きな寸法を有し、好ましくは500倍から5000倍までの間にある大きな寸法を有し、特に好ましくは前記スプレーしぶきの前記塗料滴の平均寸法のおおよそ1000倍であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗装ブース。
- 前記クリーニングエレメントは、1mmよりも大きな寸法を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗装ブース。
- 前記除去ユニット(17)は、前記クリーニングエレメントの集合体を攪拌状態に保つための機械式攪拌機を具えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗装ブース。
- 前記除去ユニット(17)は、攪拌システム(26)と、前記クリーニングエレメントの集合体を交換するためのシステムとを具えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗装ブース。
- 前記攪拌システムおよび前記交換するためのシステムは、モーター駆動される軸を持ったスクリューコンベヤを具えていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の塗装ブース。
- 前記クリーニングエレメント(25)は、植物素材および/または不活性材料を具えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗装ブース。
- 前記クリーニングエレメント(25)は、ペレットまたはチップの形状にある材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗装ブース。
- 前記クリーニングエレメントは、2から10mmまでの間の直径と、3から40mmまでの間の長さとを持つ円柱形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗装ブース。
- 前記空気流をチャンバー(11)から排除するための格子床(15)を具え、その下方に機械式攪拌器具(26)と前記クリーニングエレメントの凝集しない集合体とを収容するチャンバー(28)を具えた少なくとも1つの除去ユニット(17)があることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗装ブース。
- 請求項1から請求項10までの何れか一項に記載の塗装ブースを具えた設備であって、前記クリーニングエレメントを前記スプレーしぶき除去ユニット(17)から排除するための排除システム(31)と、この排除システム(31)により供給される前記クリーニングエレメントおよび/または前記クリーニングエレメントにある塗料を燃焼させるためのユニット(32)とをさらに具えていることを特徴とする設備。
- 前記燃焼させるためのユニット(32)には、熱エネルギーの回収および/またはこの熱エネルギーから電気を作り出すための手段(34,35)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の設備。
- 塗装ブース(10)を出た空気流からスプレーしぶきを除去するための方法であって、空気流が攪拌状態に保たれたクリーニングエレメントの凝集しない集合体を通過し、前記スプレーしぶきを前記集合体の前記クリーニングエレメントに放出させるようにするステップを具えていることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記クリーニングエレメントは、前記スプレーしぶきを形成する塗料滴の平均寸法の100倍から10000倍までの間のより大きな寸法を有し、好ましくは500倍から5000倍までの間のより大きな寸法を有し、特に前記スプレーしぶきの前記塗料滴の平均寸法のおおよそ1000倍であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記スプレーしぶきを除去するために空気流中に前記クリーニングエレメントを使用し、塗料で汚れた前記クリーニングエレメントを抜き出し、抜き出した前記クリーニングエレメントおよび/または抜き出した前記クリーニングエレメントにある前記塗料を燃やし、可燃性物質から前記クリーニングエレメントを作り出すステップを具えていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 燃焼中に熱エネルギーが回収されるおよび/または電気が作り出されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
