Claims (8)
- 各種データセンター用自然冷却源放熱システムであって、
室外凝縮器と、室内蒸発器と、超熱伝導循環装置とを備え、
前記室外凝縮器の出口は、超熱伝導循環装置を介して前記室内蒸発器の入口に接続しており、前記室内蒸発器の出口は、連通配管を介して前記室外凝縮器の入口に接続していることにより、閉鎖循環系を構成しており、
前記閉鎖循環系には、超熱伝導材料の熱交換作業物質が充填されており、
前記室外凝縮器は、空冷式凝縮器又は水冷式凝縮器である、
ことを特徴とする、各種データセンター用自然冷却源放熱システム。 - 前記室外凝縮器は、空冷式凝縮器であり、
前記空冷式凝縮器の側面に取り付けられた霧化装置をさらに備え、
前記霧化装置におけるウォーターミストノズルは、前記空冷式凝縮器のフィンに向かっている、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の各種データセンター用自然冷却源放熱システム。 - 前記霧化装置は、超音波霧化発生器と、水ボックスと、送風機と、霧化分流管と、霧化されたウォーターミストを均一に分布させるためのエアデフレクタとを備え、
前記超音波霧化装置は、前記水ボックス内前記水ボックス内に配置されており、
前記送風機は、前記水ボックスの側面に取り付けられており、
前記エアデフレクタは、前記水ボックスの上部に取り付けられており、
前記霧化分流管は、前記水ボックスの頂部に取り付けられ、且つ前記水ボックスと接続している、
ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の各種データセンター用自然冷却源放熱システム。 - 前記超熱伝導循環装置は、循環配管と循環調整装置とを備え、
前記室内蒸発器の出口は、前記循環配管を介して前記室外凝縮器の入口に接続しており、
前記循環調整装置は、前記室内蒸発器の入口又は/及び前記室外凝縮器の出口にある接続配管に取り付けられている、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の各種データセンター用自然冷却源放熱システム。 - 前記循環調整装置は、自己始動型又は電気駆動型の循環制御バルブである、
ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の各種データセンター用自然冷却源放熱システム。 - 前記室外凝縮器は、フィンチューブ型、シェルアンドチューブ型、又はマイクロチャンネル型の凝縮器を使用する、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の各種データセンター用自然冷却源放熱システム。 - 制御器をさらに備える、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の各種データセンター用自然冷却源放熱システム。 - 前記室内蒸発器は、複数並列されている、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の各種データセンター用自然冷却源放熱システム。
