Claims (21)
- 鉱物繊維を除くトライボロジー用途の繊維であって、黒鉛を除く少なくとも1種の固体潤滑剤を含むことを特徴とするか、または黒鉛を除く少なくとも1種の固体潤滑剤で被覆、表面処理、特に被覆されていることを特徴とする、繊維。
- 前記被覆された繊維が、天然起源の1つであるか、または合成的に製造されているか、あるいは天然および/または合成製品の再生利用によって得られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の繊維。
- 前記被覆された繊維が、金属繊維、セラミック繊維、天然繊維、ポリマー繊維、セルロース繊維、アラミド繊維、合成樹脂繊維、ガラス繊維、ナノ繊維または炭素繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の繊維。
- 前記繊維が金属硫化物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の繊維。
- 前記繊維が硫化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の繊維。
- 固体潤滑剤を含む前記繊維が、レーザー焼結、溶融抽出、機械加工繊維製造、形材圧延または紡糸法によって製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の繊維。
- 固体潤滑剤が少なくとも1種の金属硫化物から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の繊維。
- 少なくとも1種の固体潤滑剤の量が、少なくとも3重量%、好ましくは少なくとも4重量%、特に少なくとも5重量%、および最も好ましくは少なくとも10重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の繊維。
- 1種以上の金属硫化物が多相金属硫化物の形態であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の繊維。
- 前記固体潤滑剤が、SnS、SnS2、MoS2、Bi2S3、ZnS、WS2、CuFeS2、FeS、CuS、Cu2S、MnS、Sb2S3、TiS2、Cr/Co/Niの硫化物、Sn2S3、MoS3、WS3、Fe1-xS、MnS2、Sb2S5、ZrS2、CaS、MgS、La、Ceの硫化物、および種々の金属の多相金属硫化物、BN、PTFE、リン酸塩、酸化物、またはそれらの混合物から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の繊維。
- 前記請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1種の繊維を有する摩擦ライニング混合物。
- 有機、無機結合剤が提供されるか、または結合剤が提供されないことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の摩擦ライニング混合物。
- 結合が熱および/または圧縮方法によって得られることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の摩擦ライニング混合物。
- 充填剤が、1種以上の硫酸バリウム、炭酸カルシウム、水酸化カルシウム、フッ化カルシウム、酸化鉄、シリカ、バーミキュライト、酸化マグネシウム、タルク、ケイ酸ジルコニウム、酸化ジルコニウム、雲母、金属粉末、酸化モリブデン、アルミナ、他の金属酸化物、炭化ケイ素、珪灰石、チタン酸カリウム、亜クロム酸塩、硫酸カルシウム-ウィスカー、石油コークス、ゴムくず、ニトリルゴム、アクリルゴム、摩擦くずから形成されることを特徴とする、請求項11〜13に記載の摩擦ライニング混合物。
- マトリックスが、バルク量の銅または鉄を有する焼結性物質混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の摩擦ライニング混合物。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の繊維からなる滑りまたは摩擦成分、滑りまたは摩擦要素。
- 請求項11〜16のいずれか1項に記載の結合した摩擦ライニング混合物からなるブレーキまたはクラッチライニング。
- 請求項1〜10に記載の少なくとも1種の繊維を含むことを特徴とするポリマー成分。
- 請求項1〜10に記載の少なくとも1種の繊維を含むことを特徴とする減摩コーティングおよび他のコーティング。
- 前記請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1種の繊維を含むことを特徴とするトライボプレミックス、トライボ化合物、トライボ-マスターバッチの形態のトライボプラスチック。
- 請求項1〜10に記載の少なくとも1種の繊維を含むことを特徴とするトライボロジー用途領域を有する成分。
