Claims (11)
- 燃焼機関(VM)によって車両および/または作業機に動力供給するための連続無段式動力分割伝動装置であって、変速機(V)と、加算歯車列と、複数の継手とを含み、前記変速機は、両方向における最高速度の間で連続的に可変に制御される速度で、前記燃焼機関の前記動力の一部分を前記加算歯車列に伝達し、前記動力の一部分は前記動力の他の部分に加えられ、複数の範囲の間の遷移は同期点において発生し、前記加算歯車列は、第1の中心歯車付きホイールとしての太陽歯車(S1)と、第2の中心歯車付きホイール(S2;H2)と、輪歯車(H1)と、遊星枠(St1)上で軸支される複数の遊星歯車(P1、P2)とを含んだ4本の軸を有する遊星歯車列であり、
a.前記継手(C0、C1、B0、B1)は、1つの共通の入口ユニット(E)内に一体にされ、前記入口ユニット(E)は、前記燃焼機関(VM)と前記加算歯車列(SG1;SG2)との間の動力の流れの中に構成配置され、
b.前記加算歯車列(SG1;SG2)は、共通の遊星枠(St1)上で軸支された第1の遊星歯車(P1)と第2の遊星歯車(P2)とを含み、前記第1の遊星歯車(P1)と前記第2の遊星歯車(P2)は互いに噛み合い、
c.前記第1の太陽歯車(S1)または前記第1の輪歯車(H1)は前記燃焼機関(VM)によって駆動され、前記第2の中心歯車付きホイール(S2;H2)は前記変速機(V)によって駆動され、前記第1の太陽歯車(S1)または前記第1の輪歯車(H1)は、同期点(1、2、3)におけるある範囲から次の範囲への遷移のために、前記燃焼機関(VM)と駆動的に連結され、
d.前記遊星枠(St1)は、前記伝動装置の出力軸(StW1)に駆動的に連結される、連続無段式動力分割伝動装置。 - 前記第2の中心歯車付きホイールは前記第2の太陽歯車(S2)である、請求項1に記載の連続無段式動力分割伝動装置(図1)。
- 前記遊星枠(St1)は出力歯車(Z1)を含むかまたは特徴とする、請求項2に記載の連続無段式動力分割伝動装置(図1)。
- 前記第2の中心歯車付きホイールは前記第2の輪歯車(H2)である、請求項1に記載の連続無段式動力分割伝動装置(図2)。
- 前記第1の輪歯車(H1)は前記入口ユニット(E)に隣接して配置され、前記遊星枠(St1)は前記加算歯車列(SG1;SG2)のもう一方の側に配置され、前記第1の太陽歯車(S1)は前記入口ユニット(E)に隣接して配置され、前記第2の中心歯車(S2;H2)は前記加算歯車列(SG1;SG2)のもう一方の側に配置され、前記遊星枠(St1)は、加算された連続的に可変の速度(n_StW1)で回転する動力出力要素である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の連続無段式動力分割伝動装置。
- 前記第1の太陽歯車(S1)は前記第1の遊星歯車(P1)と噛み合い、前記第2の太陽歯車(S2)は前記第2の遊星歯車(P2)と噛み合い、前記第2の遊星歯車(P2)は前記第1の遊星歯車(P1)と噛み合い、前記第1の遊星歯車(P1)は前記第1の輪歯車(H1)と噛み合う、請求項2(図1)に記載の連続無段式動力分割伝動装置。
- 前記第1の太陽歯車(S1)は前記第1の遊星歯車(P1)と噛み合い、前記第1の輪歯車(H1)は前記第1の遊星歯車(P1)と噛み合い、前記第1の遊星歯車(P1)は前記第2の遊星歯車(P2)と噛み合い、前記第2の遊星歯車(P2)は前記第2の輪歯車(H2)と噛み合う、請求項2(図2)に記載の連続無段式動力分割伝動装置。
- 前記入口ユニット(E)は、入力軸(StW0)を介して前記燃焼機関(VM)と駆動的に連結され、第1の継手(C0)と第2の継手(C1)とを含み、前記第1の継手(C0)は、閉じられた場合、前記入力軸(StW0)と前記太陽歯車(S1)で終端する太陽歯車軸(SW1)との連結を確立し、前記第2の継手(C1)は、閉じられた場合、前記入力軸(StW0)を前記第1の輪歯車軸(HW1)と駆動的に連結する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の連続無段式動力分割伝動装置。
- 前記入口ユニット(E)は、前記変速機のみが作動しているときに範囲にアクセスするために、前記第1の輪歯車(H1)を不動化するための第1のブレーキ(B1)を備える、請求項8に記載の連続無段式動力分割伝動装置。
- 前記入口ユニット(E)は、入口側ブレーキ(B0)を作動させることによって作動される増速遊星歯車列(PG0)を備える、請求項8に記載の連続無段式動力分割伝動装置。
- 前記増速歯車列(PG0)は、入口ユニット遊星歯車(P0)によって前記入力軸(StW0)に駆動的に連結される入口ユニット遊星枠(St0)と、前記継手(C0、C1)の間で前記太陽歯車軸(SW0、SW1)上に固定される入口ユニット太陽歯車(S0)と、前記入口側ブレーキ(B0)を作動させることによって不動化され得る入口ユニット輪歯車(H0)と、を含む、請求項10に記載の連続無段式動力分割伝動装置。
