なお、△△、□□は具体的な数字を表わす。これらの質問文は一例であり、さらに他の質問文が表示されてもよい。
A1:逆洗条件の確認、逆洗頻度を変更する。
A2:凝集条件の確認/見直しする。
A3:(3日後もアラームが消えない場合)薬品洗浄する。
B1:逆洗条件の改善を行う。
B2:(3日後もアラームが消えない場合)薬品洗浄する。
C1:凝集条件の確認/見直しを行う。
C2:除濁膜装置を薬品洗浄する。
このようにして、除濁膜システムに不調が生じた場合、早急に効果的な対策を行うことができる。

Claims (5)
- 被処理水を膜濾過する除濁膜装置を有する除濁システムの動作状態を診断する診断装置であって、
該除濁システムの動作状態情報の入力部と、
該除濁システムの動作不調状態と対策との関係を表わすデータを記憶する記憶部と、
前記入力部で入力された動作状態情報と該記憶部に記憶されたデータとに基づき除濁膜装置の動作不調に対する対策を判定する判定部と
を有する除濁システムの診断装置。 - 前記入力部は、複数の質問を表示する表示手段及び質問に対する回答の入力手段を備えている請求項1の除濁システムの診断装置。
- 前記除濁膜装置の前段に凝集処理装置を備えている請求項1又は2の除濁システムの診断装置。
- 前記動作状態情報は、除濁膜装置への給水のSS及びpH、処理水のMFF値、除濁膜装置の逆洗空気圧力、除濁膜装置の逆洗水量、並びに凝集処理装置の凝集剤の添加量の少なくともいずれかである請求項1〜3のいずれかの除濁システムの診断装置。
- 前記除濁膜装置の膜差圧が所定値以上となった場合、又は膜差圧の上昇速度が所定値以上となった場合に前記診断を行う請求項1〜4のいずれかの除濁システムの診断装置。
