Abstract

Claims (40)
- 組織部位を治療するための減圧システムにおいて、
減圧を分配するための複数の流路を有する多孔質部材であって、第1の面と第2の面とを有する多孔質部材と、
前記多孔質部材と関連し、流体を受容するように構成された液体受容体と、
前記多孔質部材を越えて延びる延長部分を有する組織固定要素と、
前記組織固定要素の少なくとも前記延長部分に対して封止部材を保持するように構成された取付デバイスを有する封止部材と、

- 請求項1のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素がシリコーンを含むことを特徴とする減圧システム。
- 請求項1のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素の一部が前記多孔質部材の第2の面上に配置されていることを特徴とする減圧システム。
- 請求項1のシステムにおいて、前記組織部位に対する前記組織固定要素の粘着力は、前記組織固定要素と前記多孔質部材との間の結合力よりも小さくなるように構成されていることを特徴とする減圧システム。
- 請求項1のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素は、流体が前記組織固定要素を通って移動できるように構成されていることを特徴とする減圧システム。
- 請求項1のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素は、前記組織部位に隣接して配置されるように構成されていることを特徴とする減圧システム。
- 請求項1のシステムにおいて、前記取付デバイスは、少なくとも前記封止部材の周縁部の周りに延在することを特徴とする減圧システム。
- 請求項1のシステムにおいて、前記取付デバイスが感圧接着剤であることを特徴とする減圧システム。
- 請求項1のシステムにおいて、前記多孔質部材が、前記多孔質部材の第1の面上に形成され可撓性を提供するように構成された複数のノッチをさらに含むことを特徴とする減圧システム。

複数の流路を有する多孔質部材であって、第1の面と第2の面とを有する多孔質部材と、

前記多孔質部材の第2の面に近接配置された組織固定要素であって、当該組織固定要素の複数部分間を流体が流れるように構成された組織固定要素と、
前記多孔質部材の第1の面に適用され、密閉空間を作り出すように構成される封止部材と、
を有することを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項17のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素は、当該組織固定要素の複数部分間で流体が流れるように構成された離間したパターンを有することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項17のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素がシリコーンを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項17のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素は組織部位に隣接して配置されるように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項17のシステムにおいて、前記組織部位に対する前記組織固定要素の粘着力は、前記組織固定要素と前記多孔質部材との間の結合力よりも小さくなるように構成されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項17のシステムにおいて、前記封止部材は当該封止部材の組織に面する側に取付デバイスを有し、前記組織固定要素は前記多孔質部材を超えて延びて延長部分を形成し、前記取付デバイスは、前記封止部材を少なくとも前記組織固定要素の延長部分に対して保持するように構成されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項22のシステムにおいて、前記取付デバイスは、少なくとも前記封止部材の周縁部の周りに延在することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項22のシステムにおいて、前記取付デバイスが感圧接着剤であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 組織部位を減圧治療するためのシステムであって、
複数の流路を有し、第1の面と第2の面とを有する多孔性部材と、
前記組織部位から流体を受け取るように構成された吸収層と、
前記多孔性部材を越えて延びて延長部分を形成する組織固定要素であって、前記組織部位と少なくとも前記吸収層および前記多孔性部材との間の流体の流れを可能にするように構成された組織固定要素と、
前記多孔性部材の第1の面に適用されて密閉空間を作り出すように構成された封止部材であって、当該封止部材の組織に面する側に取付デバイスを具え、当該取付デバイスは、前記組織固定要素の少なくとも前記延長部分に対して前記封止部材を保持するように構成されている、封止部材と、
を有することを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項25のシステムにおいて、前記取付デバイスは、少なくとも前記封止部材の周縁部の周りに延在することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項25のシステムにおいて、前記取付デバイスが感圧接着剤であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項25のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素が、前記組織固定要素の複数部分間を流体が流れるように構成された離間したパターンを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項25のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素がシリコーンを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項25のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素は、前記組織部位に隣接して配置されるように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項25のシステムにおいて、前記吸収層が前記多孔質部材上に配置されていることを特徴とするシステム。

分配マニホールドであって、
流体透過性基材と、
吸収層と、
多孔質部材の第2の面に近接して配置された組織固定要素であって、前記分配マニホールドを通る流体の流れを可能にするように構成された組織固定要素と、
を有する分配マニホールドと、
前記分配マニホールドの上に配置されるように構成された封止部材と、
を有することを特徴とするドレッシング。 - 請求項32のドレッシングにおいて、前記流体透過性基材が織物材料を含むことを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項32のドレッシングにおいて、前記組織固定要素が接着剤を含むことを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項32のドレッシングにおいて、前記組織固定要素が、非水溶性接着剤を含むことを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項32のドレッシングにおいて、前記組織固定要素がシリコーンを含むことを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項32のドレッシングにおいて、前記組織固定要素がシリコーンゲルを含むことを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項32のドレッシングにおいて、前記組織固定要素が、前記流体透過性基材の少なくとも10パーセントから100パーセント未満を覆うパターンを有するシリコーンゲルを含むことを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項32のドレッシングにおいて、前記封止部材が、前記組織固定要素の少なくとも一部に対して前記封止部材を保持するように構成された取付デバイスを有することを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項32のドレッシングにおいて、前記流体透過性基材が織物材料を含み、
前記組織固定要素が、前記流体透過性基材の少なくとも10パーセントから100パーセント未満を覆うパターンを有するシリコーンゲルを含み、
前記封止部材は、前記組織固定要素の少なくとも一部に対して前記封止部材を保持するように構成された取付デバイスを含むことを特徴とするドレッシング。
