- 請求項21または22に記載のシステムにおいて、前記創傷界面層、前記流体分散層、前記イオン除去層、前記液体保持層、前記液体妨害層、および前記臭気除去層のそれぞれが、繊維質ウェブ中に配置される複数の繊維から形成されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項23に記載のシステムにおいて、前記創傷界面層、前記流体分散層、前記イオン除去層、前記液体保持層、前記液体妨害層、および前記臭気除去層の1つまたは複数の前記複数の繊維が、単一材料から形成された単層繊維を含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項23に記載のシステムにおいて、前記創傷界面層、前記流体分散層、前記イオン除去層、前記液体保持層、前記液体妨害層、および前記臭気除去層を形成する前記複数の繊維の少なくとも1つの前記複数の繊維が、2種類の材料から形成された二層繊維を含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項21または22に記載のシステムにおいて、前記創傷界面層が複数の二層繊維を含み、各二層繊維が、第1材料から形成された内側コアと、第2材料から形成された外側シースとを有し、前記第1材料が疎水性ポリウレタンを含み、前記第2材料が親水性ポリウレタンを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項26に記載のシステムにおいて、前記親水性ポリウレタンがシリコーンゲルを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項21または22に記載のシステムにおいて、前記流体分散層が複数の二層繊維を含み、各二層繊維が、第1材料から形成された内側コアと、第2材料から形成された外側シースとを有し、前記第1材料が疎水性ポリウレタンを含み、前記第2材料が親水性ポリウレタンを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項21または22に記載のシステムにおいて、前記イオン除去層が複数の二層繊維を含み、各二層繊維が、第1材料から形成された内側コアと、第2材料から形成された外側シースとを有し、前記第1材料が疎水性ポリマーを含み、前記第2材料が、イオン交換樹脂が中に配置された親水性ポリマーを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項21または22に記載のシステムにおいて、前記イオン除去層が、活性炭素粒子が中に配置された親水性ポリウレタンから形成された複数の単層繊維を含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項21乃至30の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記創傷界面層、前記流体分散層、前記イオン除去層、前記液体保持層、前記液体妨害層、および前記臭気除去層の1つまたは複数が、負圧の流れを許容するように構成されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 負圧ドレッシング用多機能コアを製造する方法であって、
複数の作業ステーションの各作業ステーションにおいて1以上の繊維群を形成するステップと、
前記複数の作業ステーションの前記各作業ステーションにおいて前記繊維群のそれぞれを繊維質ウェブ層中に配置するステップと、
それら各層を互いに結合して多機能シートを形成するステップと、
前記各層を有する前記多機能シートを多機能コアへ分割するステップと、を含み、
前記各層が、接触層、吸上げ層、イオン交換層、吸収層、遮断層、および臭気吸収層を含み、
前記接触層、前記吸上げ層、前記イオン交換層、前記吸収層、前記遮断層、および前記臭気吸収層のうちの2つ以上が同一の広がりを有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項32に記載の方法において、前記繊維群が、
単一材料から形成された単層繊維と、
2種類の材料、すなわち、第1材料から形成された内側コアおよび第2材料から形成された外側シースから形成された二層繊維と
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項32に記載の方法において、前記各層が、さらに、剛性層を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項32に記載の方法において、前記接触層、前記吸上げ層、前記イオン交換層、および前記吸収層がそれぞれ、二層繊維群を含み、各二層繊維が、第1材料から形成された内側コアと、第2材料から形成された外側シースとを有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項35に記載の方法において、前記接触層の前記二層繊維の前記第1材料が疎水性ポリウレタンを含み、前記接触層の前記二層繊維の前記第2材料が親水性ポリウレタンを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項35に記載の方法において、前記吸上げ層の前記二層繊維の前記第1材料が疎水性ポリウレタンを含み、前記吸上げ層の前記二層繊維の前記第2材料が親水性ポリウレタンを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項35に記載の方法において、前記イオン交換層の前記二層繊維の前記第1材料が疎水性ポリマーを含み、前記イオン交換層の前記二層繊維の前記第2材料が、イオン交換樹脂が中に配置された親水性ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項35に記載の方法において、前記吸収層の前記二層繊維の前記第1材料が高吸収性ポリマーを含み、前記吸収層の前記二層繊維の前記第2材料が親水性ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項32に記載の方法において、前記吸上げ層、前記イオン交換層、前記吸収層、前記遮断層、および前記臭気吸収層がそれぞれ、単層繊維群を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項32乃至40の何れか1項に記載の方法において、前記繊維質ウェブ層が不織構造を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項32乃至41の何れか1項に記載の方法において、前記繊維群の少なくとも一つが織布構造中に配置されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項32に記載の方法において、前記接触層、前記吸上げ層、前記イオン交換層、前記吸収層、前記遮断層、および前記臭気吸収層のすべてが同一の広がりを有することを特徴とする方法。
