Description
本出願は、すべての目的で参照により本明細書に組み込まれる、2011年6月24日に出願された「Reduced−Pressure Dressings Employing Tissue−Fixation Elements」と題する米国仮特許出願第61/500,915号明細書の出願の利益を主張する。
分配マニホールドを、分配マニホールドの組織固定要素を使用して、分配マニホールドが前記組織部位に実質的に隣接したままであるように、組織部位に仮付けするステップと、分配マニホールドを封止部材で覆って、分配マニホールドを収容する封止空間を形成するステップと、封止空間に減圧を提供するステップとを含む。分配マニホールドは、減圧を分配し流体を受け取る多孔質部材を備える。多孔質部材は、組織部位に面する表面積Apを有する。分配マニホールドはまた、多孔質部材に結合された組織固定要素を備える。組織固定要素は、組織部位に面する表面積Atを有し、0.05Ap<At<0.6Apである。
Claims (49)
- 組織部位を治療するための減圧システムにおいて、
減圧を分配し流体を受け取る複数の流路を具える多孔質部材であって、第1面及び第2面を有する多孔質部材と;
有窓膜を具え、かつ第1面及び第2面を有する流体透過性基板部材であって、前記多孔質部材の第2面が前記流体透過性基板部材の第1面に対向する、流体透過性基板部材と;
前記流体透過性基板部材の第2面に結合された組織固定要素と;
前記多孔質部材の第1面に適用され封止空間を形成するように構成された封止部材と;
を具えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記多孔質部材が、発泡体を具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記流体透過性基板部材が、有窓ドレープを具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記流体透過性基板部材が、ポリエチレンを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素が、前記流体透過性基板部材の第2面を部分的に覆っていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素が、前記流体透過性基板部材の第2面における前記組織固定要素の部分間を流体が流れるように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素が、当該組織固定要素の部分間を流体が流れるように構成された隔置されたパターンを具えること特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項7に記載のシステムにおいて、前記隔置されたパターンが、隔置された円形のパターンを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素が、シリコーンを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素が、前記組織部位に隣接して配置されるように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記組織部位に対する前記組織固定要素の粘着力が、前記組織固定要素と前記流体透過性基板部材との間の結合力よりも小さくなるように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素が、当該組織固定要素を通って流体が移動できるように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記封止部材が、取付デバイスを具え;
前記組織固定要素が、前記多孔質部材を超えて延在して延長部を形成し;
前記取付デバイスが、少なくとも前記組織固定要素の延長部に対して前記封止部材を保持するように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項13に記載のシステムにおいて、前記取付デバイスが、前記封止部材の少なくとも周辺に延在することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項13に記載のシステムにおいて、前記取付デバイスが、感圧接着剤であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記多孔質部材が、前記多孔質部材の第1面に形成されて可撓性を提供する複数の切欠きをさらに具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記多孔質部材の第2面が、前記流体透過性基板部材の第1面に結合されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記多孔質部材の第2面が、前記流体透過性基板部材の第1面に直接結合されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記流体透過性基板部材が、前記組織部位と前記多孔質部材との間に配置されるように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記流体透過性基板部材が、前記多孔質部材と前記組織固定要素との間に配置されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記封止空間に減圧を提供するように構成された減圧源をさらに具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項21に記載のシステムにおいて、前記減圧源の減圧の影響下で、流体を受け取るように構成された液体容器をさらに具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 組織部位を治療するための減圧システムにおいて、
減圧を分配し流体を受け取る複数の流路を具える多孔質部材であって、第1面及び第2面を有する多孔質部材と;
有窓膜を具え、かつ第1面及び第2面を有する流体透過性基板部材であって、前記多孔質部材の第2面が前記流体透過性基板部材の第1面に対向する、流体透過性基板部材と;
前記流体透過性基板部材の第2面に結合された組織固定要素であって、前記流体透過性基板部材の第2面における前記組織固定要素の部分間を流体が流れるように構成されている、組織固定要素と;
前記多孔質部材の第1面に適用され封止空間を形成するように構成された封止部材;
を具えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項23に記載のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素が、前記組織固定要素の部分間を流体が流れるように構成された隔置されたパターンを具えること特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項24に記載のシステムにおいて、前記隔置されたパターンが、隔置された円形のパターンを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項23に記載のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素が、シリコーンを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項23に記載のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素が、前記組織部位に隣接して配置されるように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項23に記載のシステムにおいて、前記組織部位に対する前記組織固定要素の粘着力が、前記組織固定要素と前記流体透過性基板部材との間の結合力よりも小さくなるように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項23に記載のシステムにおいて、前記封止部材が、当該封止部材の組織に対向する面に取付デバイスを具え、前記組織固定要素が、前記多孔質部材を超えて延在して延長部を形成し、前記取付デバイスが、少なくとも前記組織固定要素の延長部に対して前記封止部材を保持するように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項29に記載のシステムにおいて、前記取付デバイスが、前記封止部材の少なくとも周辺に延在することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項29に記載のシステムにおいて、前記取付デバイスが、感圧接着剤であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 組織部位を治療するための減圧システムにおいて、
減圧を分配し流体を受け取る複数の流路を具える多孔質部材であって、第1面及び第2面を有する多孔質部材と;
有窓膜を具え、かつ第1面及び第2面を有する流体透過性基板部材であって、前記多孔質部材の第2面が前記流体透過性基板部材の第1面に対向する、流体透過性基板部材と;
前記流体透過性基板部材の第2面に結合された組織固定要素であって、前記流体透過性基板部材の第2面における前記組織固定要素の部分間を流体が流れるように構成されている、組織固定要素と;
前記多孔質部材の第1面に適用され封止空間を形成するように構成された封止部材であって、当該封止部材が、その組織に対向する面に取付デバイスを具え、当該取付デバイスが、少なくとも前記組織固定要素の延長部に対して前記封止部材を保持するように構成されている、封止部材と;
を具えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項32に記載のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素が、前記組織固定要素の部分間を流体が流れるように構成された隔置されたパターンを具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項33に記載のシステムにおいて、前記隔置されたパターンが、隔置された円形のパターンを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項32に記載のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素が、シリコーンを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項32に記載のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素が、当該組織部位に隣接して配置されるように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項32に記載のシステムにおいて、前記組織部位に対する前記組織固定要素の粘着力が、前記組織固定要素と前記流体透過性基板部材との間の結合力よりも小さくなるように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項32に記載のシステムにおいて、前記取付デバイスが、前記封止部材の少なくとも周辺に延在することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項32に記載のシステムにおいて、前記取付デバイスが、感圧接着剤であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 組織部位を治療するための減圧システムにおいて、
減圧を分配し流体を受け取る複数の流路を具える多孔質部材であって、第1面及び第2面を有する多孔質部材と;
有窓膜を具え、かつ第1面及び第2面を有する流体透過性基板部材であって、前記多孔質部材の第2面が前記流体透過性基板部材の第1面に対向する、流体透過性基板部材と;
前記流体透過性基板部材の第2面に結合する組織固定要素であって、前記組織固定要素の部分間を流体が流れるように構成された隔置されたパターンを具える、組織固定要素と;
を具えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項40に記載のシステムにおいて、前記隔置されたパターンが、隔置された円形のパターンを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項40に記載のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素が、シリコーンを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項40に記載のシステムにおいて、前記組織固定要素が、前記組織部位に隣接して配置されるように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 減圧を用いて組織部位を治療するためのドレッシングにおいて、
減圧を分配し流体を受け取るように構成された多孔質部材と;
前記多孔質部材と隣接する有窓膜と;
前記有窓膜と隣接する接着剤であって、前記有窓膜の少なくとも10%乃至100%を覆うパターンを有する、接着剤と;
前記組織部位に適用され封止空間を形成するように構成された封止部材と;
を具えることを特徴とするドレッシング。 - 請求項44に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記接着剤が非水溶性であることを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項44に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記接着剤がシリコーンであることを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項44に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記接着剤がシリコーンゲルであることを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項44に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記有窓膜がポリエチレンであることを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項44に記載のドレッシングにおいて、
前記接着剤がシリコーンゲルであり、かつ
前記有窓膜がポリエチレンである、
ことを特徴とするドレッシング。
