Claims (3)
- 回転駆動されるロータと、
前記ロータの径方向に往復動自在に前記ロータに設けられる複数のベーンと、
前記ロータの回転に伴って前記複数のベーンの先端部が摺接するカム面を内周に有するカムリングと、を備え、
前記ロータは、前記ベーンを摺動自在に支持し径方向外側において開口する複数のスリットと、前記スリットの径方向内側の端部に前記ロータの回転軸方向に貫通して設けられる背圧孔と、を有し、
前記背圧孔は、前記スリットの幅方向における前記背圧孔の長さが、前記スリットの幅よりも長く、且つ、前記ロータの径方向における前記背圧孔の長さよりも長い断面形状を有することを特徴とする流体圧回転機。 - 前記背圧孔は、前記ロータの径方向内側に向けて凸状に形成される円弧面を有し、
前記円弧面の半径は、前記ロータの径方向における前記背圧孔の長さを直径とする円の半径よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体圧回転機。 - 前記ロータは、金型を用いて粉末冶金により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の流体圧回転機。
