Claims (6)
- 帯電した塵埃を捕集する集塵電極部を備える電気集塵機の集塵部であって、
前記集塵電極部は、プリーツ状に形成された基材を備え、
前記基材は、高圧電極が形成された第1の電極部と、接地電極が形成された第2の電極部と、隣接する前記第1の電極部と前記第2の電極部との間に設けられる連結部とが設けられ、
対向する前記第1の電極部と前記第2の電極部との間には、両電極部同士を一定距離に維持するとともに前記両電極部同士を接着する複数の間隔維持部材が配置される、電気集塵機の集塵部。 - 前記連結部は、プリーツ状に形成された前記基材の山折部と谷折部とで形成され、前記山折部および前記谷折部に、それぞれ複数の通風孔が形成される、請求項1に記載の電気集塵機の集塵部。
- 前記高圧電極および前記接地電極は、導電性塗料を前記基材に印刷して形成される、請求項2に記載の電気集塵機の集塵部。
- 前記基材は、
前記高圧電極および前記接地電極が印刷された絶縁シートを樹脂製被膜により被覆して形成される、請求項3に記載の電気集塵機の集塵部。 - 前記間隔維持部材は、
前記集塵電極部の通風方向において前記通風孔と重なり合わない位置に設けられる、請求項2〜4のいずれか一つに記載の電気集塵機の集塵部。 - 前記間隔維持部材はホットメルト接着剤からなり、
前記第1の電極部と前記第2の電極部とに前記ホットメルト接着剤を塗布し、
前記基材のプリーツ加工時に、前記両電極部に塗布されたホットメルト接着剤を合体させる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の電気集塵機の集塵部の製造方法。
