Claims (4)
- 可撓部と前記可撓部の一端に直管状のストレート部とが設けられたコルゲートチューブにおいて、
前記可撓部は、
複数の山部が第1ピッチで形成された蛇腹状の第1コルゲート部と、
前記第1コルゲート部と前記ストレート部との間に設けられ、前記第1ピッチよりも大きい第2ピッチで複数の山部が形成された蛇腹状の第2コルゲート部と
を有し、
前記第2コルゲート部は、前記山部の軸心方向の長さが前記第1コルゲート部の前記山部の軸心方向の長さと同じであり、谷部の軸心方向の長さが前記第1コルゲート部の谷部の軸心方向の長さよりも大きい
ことを特徴とするコルゲートチューブ。 - 前記第2コルゲート部は、肉厚が前記第1コルゲート部と同じまたはそれよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコルゲートチューブ。
- 前記ストレート部は、前記可撓部の両端部にそれぞれ形成され、
前記第2コルゲート部は、少なくとも一方の端部の前記ストレート部と前記第1コルゲート部との間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のコルゲートチューブ。 - 単位時間当たりの供給量を一定にして、管状の成形材料を鉛直下向きに供給する供給ステップと、
内周面に、直管状のストレート部を形成するストレート部成形面、第1ピッチで複数の山部が並ぶ蛇腹状の第1コルゲート部を形成する第1コルゲート部成形面、及び前記第1ピッチよりも大きい第2ピッチで複数の山部が並ぶ蛇腹状の第2コルゲート部を形成する第2コルゲート部成形面が、移動方向に沿って前記ストレート部成形面、前記第2コルゲート部成形面、前記第1コルゲート部成形面の順番に設けられた金型内に前記成形材料を取り込み、前記金型を鉛直下向きに一定の速度で移動しながら成形を行う成形ステップと
を有することを特徴とするコルゲートチューブの製造方法。
