Abstract
Description
前記水処理設備に対する複数種類の作業の各々について、使用する物品の情報を記憶する作業内容記憶部と、前記契約情報に基づいて、前記顧客の水処理設備に対して実施する作業を決定する作業決定部と、前記作業内容記憶部の情報に基づいて、前記作業決定部が決定した作業に使用する物品を特定し、該物品の搬送手配を行う物品手配部と、を備えるものである。

Claims (4)
- 点検頻度及び点検内容を含む、水処理設備を設置している顧客との契約情報を記憶する契約情報記憶部と、
前記水処理設備に対する複数種類の作業の各々について、使用する物品の情報を記憶する作業内容記憶部と、
前記契約情報に基づいて、前記顧客の水処理設備に対して実施する作業を決定する作業決定部と、
前記作業内容記憶部の情報に基づいて、前記作業決定部が決定した作業に使用する物品を特定し、該物品の搬送手配を行う物品手配部と、
を備える水処理設備のメンテナンス支援装置。 - 前記作業決定部は、前記水処理設備からのアラームの内容に基づいて、該水処理設備に対して実施する作業を決定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水処理設備のメンテナンス支援装置。
- 前記水処理設備からの運転データに基づいて、該水処理設備に必要となる作業を予測するメンテナンス予測部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の水処理設備のメンテナンス支援装置。
- 複数の作業者の各々について、保有するスキルの情報を記憶する作業者スキル記憶部と、
前記顧客の水処理設備に対する作業の担当者を選定する担当者選定部と、
をさらに備え、
前記作業内容記憶部は、複数種類の作業の各々について必要なスキルを記憶しており、
前記担当者選定部は、前記顧客の水処理設備に対して実施する作業に必要なスキルを保有する作業者を前記担当者として選定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のメンテナンス支援装置。
