2 水処理設備
Claims (3)
- 点検頻度及び点検内容を含む、水処理設備を設置している顧客との契約情報を記憶する契約情報記憶部と、
複数の顧客の各々について、水処理設備が設置されている場所を示す所在地情報を記憶する所在地情報記憶部と、
前記契約情報、前記水処理設備からの運転データ、及び水処理設備からのアラームの内容に基づいて、各顧客の水処理設備に対して実施するメンテナンス作業を決定する作業決定部と、
前記水処理設備からのアラームの内容に基づいて、メンテナンス作業を行う複数の水処理設備の優先度を判定する優先度判定部と、
前記作業決定部で決定したメンテナンス作業に必要な物品の在庫を確認し、搬送の手配を行う物品手配部と、
前記所在地情報及び前記優先度判定部で判定された優先度に基づいて、作業を行う水処理設備の順番を決定し、巡回ルートを作成する巡回ルート作成部と、
を備える水処理設備のメンテナンス支援装置。 - 水処理設備に対する複数種類の作業の各々について、必要なスキルを記憶する作業内容記憶部と、
複数の作業者の各々について、保有するスキルの情報を記憶する作業者スキル記憶部と、
前記顧客の水処理設備に対して実施する作業に必要なスキルを保有する作業者を担当者として選定する担当者選定部と、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のメンテナンス支援装置。 - 前記巡回ルート作成部により作成された巡回ルートを、前記担当者として選定された作業者の端末に通知する通知部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のメンテナンス支援装置。
