2 水処理設備
Claims (3)
- 水処理設備の現在地を示す所在地情報及び貸し出し可否を示すステータス情報を含む在庫情報と、前記水処理設備に使用される水処理ユニットの使用期間及びメンテナンス履歴を含む使用履歴データと、を格納する記憶部と、
前記在庫情報を参照し、要求された水処理仕様及び所定の絞り込み条件を満たす水処理設備を貸し出し候補として抽出する抽出部と、
前記貸し出し候補のうち、選択された水処理設備の貸し出し予約を受け付ける貸出設備決定部と、
貸し出し予約された水処理設備のステータス情報を更新する在庫情報更新部と、
貸し出し予約された水処理設備の所在地情報、及び貸し出し先の位置に基づいて、該水処理設備が該貸し出し先に到着するまでの所要時間を算出する算出部と、
を備え、
前記水処理ユニットは複数の在庫拠点に保管されており、
前記貸し出し候補のリストを、貸し出しに要する日数と共に表示部に表示することを特徴とする水処理設備の管理装置。 - 貸し出し中の水処理設備から通知された運転状況に基づいて、この水処理設備に使用されている水処理ユニットのメンテナンス時期を予測すると共に、メンテナンスに必要な部材の在庫状況を判断する予測部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水処理設備の管理装置。
- 前記ステータス情報は、予約可、予約済、修理中、及び貸出中を含み、
前記抽出部は、ステータスが予約可又は予約済の水処理設備、ステータスが修理中であり貸出予定日までに修理が完了する水処理設備、及びステータスが貸出中であり貸出予定日までに返却される水処理設備を抽出することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の水処理設備の管理装置。
