Abstract
Description
(1)ダストおよびスラジを含む造粒物であって、前記造粒物の水分含有量は10質量%以上18質量%以下であり、粒径が0.125mm以上の造粒物の含有割合が90質量%以上である、造粒物。
(2)前記造粒物の表面水分量は10質量%以上15質量%以下である、(1)に記載の造粒物。
(3)スラジを脱水して脱水ケーキとする脱水工程と、前記脱水ケーキと、ダストとを撹拌機で混合して造粒物を造粒する造粒工程と、を有し、前記造粒物の水分含有量は10質量%以上18質量%以下であり、粒径が0.125mm以上の造粒物の含有割合が90質量%以上になるように造粒する、造粒物の製造方法。
(4)前記造粒物の表面水分量は10質量%以上15質量%以下である、(3)に記載の造粒物の製造方法。
(5)少なくとも(3)または(4)に記載の造粒物の製造方法で製造された造粒物と、鉄含有原料と、CaO含有原料と、凝結材と、を配合して焼結原料にする配合工程と、前記焼結原料に水を添加して造粒する造粒工程と、造粒された前記焼結原料を焼結機で焼結して焼結鉱とする焼結工程と、を有する、焼結鉱の製造方法。
なお、撹拌板24を設ける上下方向の位置および数は、円筒容器12内に充填する脱水ケーキおよびダストの量に対応させて適宜変更してよい。

Claims (5)
- ダストおよびスラジを含む造粒物であって、前記造粒物の水分含有量は10質量%以上18質量%以下であり、粒径が0.125mm以上の造粒物の含有割合が90質量%以上である、造粒物。
- 前記造粒物の表面水分量は10質量%以上15質量%以下である、請求項1に記載の造粒物。
- スラジを脱水して脱水ケーキとする脱水工程と、
前記脱水ケーキと、ダストとを撹拌機で混合して造粒物を造粒する造粒工程と、
を有し、
前記造粒物の水分含有量は10質量%以上18質量%以下であり、粒径が0.125mm以上の造粒物の含有割合が90質量%以上になるように造粒する、造粒物の製造方法。 - 前記造粒物の表面水分量は10質量%以上15質量%以下である、請求項3に記載の造粒物の製造方法。
- 少なくとも請求項3または請求項4に記載の造粒物の製造方法で製造された造粒物と、鉄含有原料と、CaO含有原料と、凝結材と、を配合して焼結原料にする配合工程と、
前記焼結原料に水を添加して造粒する造粒工程と、
造粒された前記焼結原料を焼結機で焼結して焼結鉱とする焼結工程と、
を有する、焼結鉱の製造方法。
