Abstract
Description
トルクコンバータ(例えば、実施形態のトルクコンバータ2。以下同一。)及びロックアップクラッチ(例えば、実施形態のロックアップクラッチ2a。以下同一。)を有する多段変速機(例えば、実施形態の多段変速機3。以下同一。)にトルクを出力する原動機(例えば、実施形態のエンジンE。以下同一。)の目標トルクを設定する目標トルク制御装置(例えば、実施形態の変速制御装置ECU。以下同一。)であって、
前記ロックアップクラッチは、前記トルクコンバータを介して前記多段変速機に前記原動機の出力トルクを伝達させる解放状態と、前記トルクコンバータを介することなく前記多段変速機に前記原動機の出力トルクを直接的に伝達させる締結状態とに切り換え自在に構成され、
前記ロックアップクラッチが締結状態である場合(例えば、実施形態の図5のSTEP1でYES。以下同一。)には、
アップシフトの変速中(例えば、実施形態の図5のSTEP2でYES。以下同一。)に、前記原動機の出力トルクを前記ロックアップクラッチの発熱温度が許容温度を超えない程度の出力トルクとなるように前記原動機の目標トルクを低減させる目標トルク低減制御(例えば、実施形態の図5のSTEP3。以下同一。)を実行することを特徴とする。
トルクコンバータ及びロックアップクラッチを有する多段変速機にトルクを出力する原動機の目標トルクを設定する目標トルク制御方法であって、
前記ロックアップクラッチは、前記トルクコンバータを介して前記多段変速機に前記原動機の出力トルクを伝達させる解放状態と、前記トルクコンバータを介することなく前記多段変速機に前記原動機の出力トルクを直接的に伝達させる締結状態とに切り換え自在に構成され、
前記ロックアップクラッチが締結状態である場合には、
アップシフトの変速中に、前記原動機の出力トルクを前記ロックアップクラッチの発熱温度が許容温度を超えない程度の出力トルクとなるように前記原動機の目標トルクを低減させる目標トルク低減制御を実行することを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- トルクコンバータ及びロックアップクラッチを有する多段変速機にトルクを出力する原動機の目標トルクを設定する目標トルク制御装置であって、
前記ロックアップクラッチは、前記トルクコンバータを介して前記多段変速機に前記原動機の出力トルクを伝達させる解放状態と、前記トルクコンバータを介することなく前記多段変速機に前記原動機の出力トルクを直接的に伝達させる締結状態とに切り換え自在に構成され、
前記ロックアップクラッチが締結状態である場合には、
アップシフトの変速中に、前記原動機の出力トルクを前記ロックアップクラッチの発熱温度が許容温度を超えない程度の出力トルクとなるように前記原動機の目標トルクを低減させる目標トルク低減制御を実行することを特徴とする目標トルク制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の目標トルク制御装置であって、
前記目標トルク低減制御は、前記アップシフトの変速中におけるトルク相で実行し、イナーシャ相では実行しないことを特徴とする目標トルク制御装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の目標トルク制御装置であって、
前記目標トルク低減制御は、前記ロックアップクラッチを締結させたときに前記ロックアップクラッチが前記許容温度を超えることが想定される場合に実行されることを特徴とする目標トルク制御装置。 - トルクコンバータ及びロックアップクラッチを有する多段変速機にトルクを出力する原動機の目標トルクを設定する目標トルク制御方法であって、
前記ロックアップクラッチは、前記トルクコンバータを介して前記多段変速機に前記原動機の出力トルクを伝達させる解放状態と、前記トルクコンバータを介することなく前記多段変速機に前記原動機の出力トルクを直接的に伝達させる締結状態とに切り換え自在に構成され、
前記ロックアップクラッチが締結状態である場合には、
アップシフトの変速中に、前記原動機の出力トルクを前記ロックアップクラッチの発熱温度が許容温度を超えない程度の出力トルクとなるように前記原動機の目標トルクを低減させる目標トルク低減制御を実行することを特徴とする目標トルク制御方法。
