Claims (34)
- グラフェン及び二価エステルを二価アルコールに分散し、二価カルボン酸を加えて、分散液を形成する工程と、
前記分散液を温度180℃〜300℃の雰囲気に置いて、前記二価アルコール、前記二価エステルと前記二価カルボン酸とをポリエステル高分子になるように重合させ、前記グラフェンは前記ポリエステル高分子に分散してグラフェン-ポリエステル高分子混合物を形成する工程と、
前記グラフェン-ポリエステル高分子混合物及びポリエステル材料に対して共押出処理を行って、第1のグラフェン-ポリエステル高分子混合物層とポリエステル層を含む複合層を形成する工程と、
前記複合層を二軸延伸して、グラフェン複合フィルムを形成する工程と、
を備えるグラフェン複合フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記グラフェン及び前記二価エステルを前記二価アルコールに分散する工程の前に、前記グラフェンを形成する前処理を更に備え、前記前処理は、

- 前記ポリエステル材料は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)を含む請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1のグラフェン-ポリエステル高分子混合物層と前記ポリエステル層との厚さの比は1:19〜1:2である請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記複合層は、第2のグラフェン-ポリエステル高分子混合物層を更に含み、前記ポリエステル層は、前記第1のグラフェン-ポリエステル高分子混合物層と前記第2のグラフェン-ポリエステル高分子混合物層との間に位置する請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第2のグラフェン-ポリエステル高分子混合物層と前記第1のグラフェン-ポリエステル高分子混合物層とは同一の材料組成を有する請求項9に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第2のグラフェン-ポリエステル高分子混合物層と前記ポリエステル層との厚さの比は1:19〜1:2である請求項9に記載の製造方法。
- 前記二軸延伸は、互いに垂直である第1の方向及び第2の方向に沿って前記複合層を同時に延伸させることを含む請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記二軸延伸は、まず第1の方向に沿って前記複合層を延伸させてから、前記第1の方向に垂直な第2の方向に沿って前記複合層を延伸させることを含む請求項1〜12の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記二軸延伸の延伸倍率は2倍〜5倍である請求項1〜13の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- ポリエステルと、前記ポリエステルに分散する複数のグラフェン粒子と、を含む第1のグラフェン-ポリエステル高分子混合物層と、
前記第1のグラフェン-ポリエステル高分子混合物層に接触するポリエステル層と、
を備えるグラフェン複合フィルム。 - 前記グラフェン粒子の前記第1のグラフェン-ポリエステル高分子混合物層における重量百分率は0.1wt%〜10wt%である請求項15に記載のグラフェン複合フィルム。
- 前記ポリエステル層はポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)を含む請求項15〜16の何れか1項に記載のグラフェン複合フィルム。
- 前記第1のグラフェン-ポリエステル高分子混合物層と前記ポリエステル層との厚さの比は1:19〜1:2である請求項15〜17の何れか1項に記載のグラフェン複合フィルム。
- 第2のグラフェン-ポリエステル高分子混合物層を更に含み、前記ポリエステル層は前記第1のグラフェン-ポリエステル高分子混合物層と前記第2のグラフェン-ポリエステル高分子混合物層との間に位置し、且つ前記第1のグラフェン-ポリエステル高分子混合物層と前記第2のグラフェン-ポリエステル高分子混合物層とは同一の材料組成を有する請求項15〜18の何れか1項に記載のグラフェン複合フィルム。
- 前記第2のグラフェン-ポリエステル高分子混合物層と前記ポリエステル層との厚さの比は1:19〜1:2である請求項15〜19の何れか1項に記載のグラフェン複合フィルム。
- グラフェン粉末を分散剤に分散し、分散液を形成する工程と、
ポリビニルアルコール及びホウ酸塩を前記分散液に加えて、前記ポリビニルアルコールに架橋反応をさせて架橋化ポリビニルアルコールを形成し、前記グラフェン粉末を前記架橋化ポリビニルアルコールに分散させて、グラフェン-架橋化ポリビニルアルコール混合物を形成する工程と、
前記グラフェン-架橋化ポリビニルアルコール混合物をポリエステル基材に塗布して、グラフェン-架橋化ポリビニルアルコール混合物層と前記ポリエステル基材を含む複合層を形成する工程と、
前記複合層を二軸延伸して、グラフェン複合フィルムを形成する工程と、
を備えるグラフェン複合フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記グラフェン粉末を前記分散剤に分散して前記分散液を形成する工程の前に、前記グラフェン粉末を形成する前処理を更に備え、前記前処理は、
球状グラファイトとアルカリ金属とを混合させて加熱し、前記アルカリ金属を前記球状グラファイトの複数層の間に挿入させて、グラファイト層間化合物を形成する工程と、
前記グラファイト層間化合物と芳香族ニトリル類化合物とを混合させて、前記グラファイト層間化合物と前記芳香族ニトリル類化合物とを反応させて、前記グラファイト層間化合物を反応させて前記グラフェン粉末を形成する工程と、
を含む請求項21に記載の製造方法。 - 前記分散剤は、イソプロパノール、N-メチル-ピロリドン(N-Methyl-2-Pyrrolidone;NMP)、水又はその組み合わせから選ばれる請求項21〜22の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ホウ酸塩は四ホウ酸ナトリウムを含む請求項21〜23の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記グラフェン粉末の前記グラフェン-架橋化ポリビニルアルコール混合物における重量百分率は0.1wt%〜25wt%である請求項21〜24の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ポリエステル基材はポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)を含む請求項21〜25の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記複合層において、前記グラフェン-架橋化ポリビニルアルコール混合物層と前記ポリエステル基材との厚さの比は1:19〜1:2である請求項21〜26の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記二軸延伸は、互いに垂直である第1の方向及び第2の方向に沿って前記複合層を同時に延伸させることを含む請求項21〜27の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記二軸延伸は、まず第1の方向に沿って前記複合層を延伸させてから、前記第1の方向に垂直な第2の方向に沿って前記複合層を延伸させることを含む請求項21〜28の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記二軸延伸の延伸倍率は2倍〜5倍である請求項21〜29の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 架橋化ポリビニルアルコールと、前記架橋化ポリビニルアルコールに分散する複数のグラフェンシート粉末と、を含むグラフェン-架橋化ポリビニルアルコール混合物層と、
前記グラフェン-架橋化ポリビニルアルコール混合物層に接触するポリエステル基材と、
を備えるグラフェン複合フィルム。 - 前記グラフェンシート粉末の前記グラフェン-架橋化ポリビニルアルコール混合物層における重量百分率は0.1wt%〜25wt%である請求項31に記載のグラフェン複合フィルム。
- 前記ポリエステル基材はポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)を含む請求項31〜32の何れか1項に記載のグラフェン複合フィルム。
- 前記グラフェン-架橋化ポリビニルアルコール混合物層と前記ポリエステル基材との厚さの比は1:19〜1:2である請求項31〜33の何れか1項に記載のグラフェン複合フィルム。
