Abstract
Description
図1は本発明の第1実施例によるインダクタ100の概略的な斜視図であり、図2は図1のI−I'線に沿って切断した断面図である。
図3は本発明の第2実施例によるインダクタ200の断面図である。上記インダクタ200は、第1実施例によるインダクタ100に対比して、コイルパターンの具体的な断面形状が異なる。一方、第2実施例によるインダクタ200は、第1実施例によるインダクタ100と同一の解決課題及び効果を含む。コイルパターンの成長ガイドとして機能する感光性絶縁樹脂の開口部の形状を調節することにより、コイルパターンのメッキ成長速度を異ならせ、その結果、コイルパターンの最大厚さを異ならせるという点では共通する。したがって、説明の便宜のために重複している記述内容については省略し、インダクタ内のコイルパターンの断面形状を中心に説明する。

Claims (16)
- 貫通孔及びビアホールを含む支持部材、前記支持部材の一面及び他面にそれぞれ形成される第1及び第2コイルを含むコイル部、及び前記支持部材及び前記コイル部を封止する磁性材料を含む封止部を含む本体と、
前記本体の外部面上に配置され、前記第1及び第2コイルとそれぞれ連結される第1及び第2外部電極と、を含み、
前記コイル部は複数のコイルパターンを含み、前記複数のコイルパターンのうちそれぞれのコイルパターンの最大厚さは前記本体の外側部に行くほど次第に増加し、前記複数のコイルパターンはそれぞれ、前記支持部材と接する下面、及び前記下面と対向し、且つ前記コイルパターンの最大厚さを決定する上面を含み、前記下面の線幅が前記上面の線幅よりも大きい、インダクタ。 - 前記上面の少なくとも一部は前記支持部材に対して平行な形状を有する、請求項1に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記コイル部はスパイラル状を有する、請求項1または2に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記本体は前記コイル部の表面を包む絶縁層をさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記貫通孔は前記磁性材料で充填される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記ビアホールは前記コイル部内に含まれる導電性材料を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記複数のコイルパターンはそれぞれ、互いに対向する内側面及び外側面を含み、前記外側面は前記支持部材と直交する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記外側面と前記上面とがなす角度は直角である、請求項7に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記内側面の少なくとも一部は傾斜面である、請求項7または8に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記内側面のうち傾斜面以外の面は前記支持部材と直交する面で構成される、請求項9に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記傾斜面の傾斜度は最内側のコイルパターンに行くほど増加する、請求項9または10に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記複数のコイルパターンのうち少なくとも一つのコイルパターンは、上面に少なくとも一つの突出部が配置される、請求項1に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記突出部の断面形状は長方形である、請求項12に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記突出部の線幅は前記コイルパターンの下面の線幅よりも狭い、請求項12または13に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記突出部を有するコイルパターンの内側面及び外側面は前記支持部材に対して直交する、請求項12から14のいずれか一項に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記突出部を有するコイルパターンの内側面及び外側面は互いに平行である、請求項12から15のいずれか一項に記載のインダクタ。
