Abstract
Description
本明細書において、フィルムにおける注視点とは、フィルムに対して何らかの処理を行う必要がある、フィルムの箇所を示すものであり、フィルムの製造工程の何れかの工程において検出し、位置を特定する必要のある箇所を指す。
図9は、本実施形態に係るセパレータ捲回装置40を示す概略図である。前述のセパレータ捲回装置20と比較して、セパレータ捲回装置40は、セパレータ原反Wが、巻芯11から捲き出されるのではなく、搬送されてきたセパレータ原反Wを巻芯21に捲回する点において異なる。さらに、セパレータ捲回装置40は、欠陥センサ24の代わりに、欠陥センサ44を備える。上記点を除いて、セパレータ捲回装置40は、前述のセパレータ捲回装置20と同一の構成を備えていてもよい。
図10は、本実施形態に係るセパレータ捲回装置50を示す概略図である。セパレータ捲回装置50は、欠陥センサ24を備えない点を除いて、前述のセパレータ捲回装置20と同一の構成を備えていてもよい。なお、セパレータ捲回装置50においては、セパレータ原反Wが巻芯11から捲き出されてから、スリットセパレータSが巻芯21に捲回されるまでに、セパレータ原反WおよびスリットセパレータSは、距離R3だけ搬送される。

Claims (11)
- フィルムを捲回巻芯に捲回する捲回工程を備えたフィルムの製造方法であって、
前記捲回工程は、
前記フィルムにおける注視点を検出する注視点検出工程と、
前記捲回巻芯の捲回数を計測する捲回数計測工程と、
前記フィルムの搬送方向における前記注視点の位置を前記捲回巻芯の捲回数と紐づけて記憶する捲回記憶工程とを備えたフィルムの製造方法。 - 前記捲回工程は、前記フィルムを前記搬送方向に沿って、複数の短冊フィルムに切断するスリット工程をさらに備え、
前記捲回工程において、複数の前記短冊フィルムは、複数の前記捲回巻芯にそれぞれ捲回され、
前記捲回記憶工程において、複数の前記捲回巻芯のそれぞれにおける前記注視点の有無を、前記位置および前記捲回数と紐づけて記憶する請求項1に記載のフィルムの製造方法。 - 前記捲回巻芯に捲回された前記フィルムを捲き出し、捲き返し巻芯に捲回する捲き返し工程をさらに備え、
前記捲き返し工程において、前記捲回巻芯の捲出数を計測する捲出数計測工程と、該捲出数計測工程において、前記位置が紐づけられた前記捲回巻芯の捲回数に対応する前記捲回巻芯の捲出数の計測を行った場合に、前記フィルムの捲き返しを一時停止する停止工程とを備えた請求項1または2に記載のフィルムの製造方法。 - 前記捲回工程に先立ち、前記フィルムを捲出巻芯から捲き出す捲出工程と、
前記捲出工程に先立ち、前記位置を前記捲出巻芯の捲回数と紐づけて記憶する捲出記憶工程とをさらに備え、
前記捲出工程は、前記捲出巻芯の捲出数を計測する捲出数計測工程を備えた請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載のフィルムの製造方法。 - 前記捲出数計測工程において前記位置と紐づけられた前記捲出巻芯の捲回数に対応する前記捲出巻芯の捲出数を計測した場合にのみ、前記注視点検出工程における検出が実行される請求項4に記載のフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記捲出記憶工程において前記位置と紐づけられた前記捲出巻芯の捲回数と、前記捲回記憶工程において前記位置と紐づけられた前記捲回巻芯の捲回数とを同期させる請求項4または5に記載のフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記フィルムが、非水電解液二次電池用セパレータである請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載のフィルムの製造方法。
- フィルムを捲回巻芯に捲回するフィルム捲回装置であって、
前記フィルムにおける注視点を検出する注視点センサと、前記捲回巻芯の捲回数を計測する捲回数計測センサと、前記フィルムの搬送方向における前記注視点の位置を前記捲回数と紐づけて記憶する記憶装置とを備えたフィルム捲回装置。 - 前記捲回巻芯が、側面に目印を備え、前記捲回数計測センサが、前記目印の検出により、前記捲回数を計測する請求項8に記載のフィルム捲回装置。
- 前記捲回巻芯が、外周面に前記フィルムが捲回される外周部と、内側に捲回軸が挿入される内周部と、中心から周囲方向に延び、前記外周部と前記内周部とを接続する複数のリブとを備え、前記捲回数計測センサが、前記リブの検出により、前記捲回数を計測する請求項8に記載のフィルム捲回装置。
- 前記フィルムが、非水電解液二次電池用セパレータである請求項8から10の何れか1項に記載のフィルム捲回装置。
