Claims (5)
- 積層された複数の単セルを含む積層体と、
前記複数の単セルが積層された積層方向で前記積層体を挟持する一対のエンドプレートと、
前記一対のエンドプレートを締結するテンションプレートと、
前記テンションプレートを前記一対のエンドプレートに固定する複数の固定機構と、を備え、
少なくとも一つの前記固定機構は、
前記一対のエンドプレートの一方の外周縁に形成された凹部と、
前記一対のエンドプレートの一方に前記凹部と同心円状に形成され、前記凹部よりも内径が小さいボルト孔と、
前記テンションプレートに形成された貫通孔と、
通し孔を有した円筒状であって、前記貫通孔及び凹部に嵌合したスリーブと、
前記スリーブの前記通し孔を貫通して前記ボルト孔に螺合したボルトと、を有し、
前記貫通孔は、前記ボルトの軸方向で前記一対のエンドプレートの一方に向かって内径が徐々に縮小したテーパ内周面を有し、
前記スリーブは、前記軸方向で前記一対のエンドプレートの一方に向かって外径が徐々に縮小したテーパ外周面を有し、
前記テーパ外周面は、前記テーパ内周面に面接触している、燃料電池スタック。 - 前記凹部は、前記軸方向で内径が一定である円筒内周面を有し、
前記スリーブは、前記テーパ外周面から前記軸方向で外径が一定である円筒外周面を有し、
前記円筒内周面は、前記円筒外周面に嵌合している、請求項1の燃料電池スタック。 - 前記凹部の開口縁には、前記テーパ外周面との接触を逃がすための面取り部が形成されている、請求項2の燃料電池スタック。
- 前記軸方向での前記凹部の深さは、前記軸方向での前記スリーブの前記円筒外周面の長さよりも深い、請求項2又は3の燃料電池スタック。
- 前記通し孔の内径は、当該通し孔を貫通した前記ボルトの軸部の外径よりも所定量だけ大きく形成されている、請求項1乃至4の何れかの燃料電池スタック。
