Description
Claims (9)
- 高圧の燃料を蓄える蓄圧容器(32)と、前記蓄圧容器内の高圧燃料を内燃機関(10)の燃焼室(21)内に直接噴射する直噴式の燃料噴射弁(30)と、前記内燃機関からの排気中の成分を検知する排気センサ(24,36)とを備える燃料噴射システム(1)を制御する燃料噴射制御装置(40)であって、
前記排気センサにより検知された前記排気中の低減対象成分の成分量が所定値以上である場合に、前記内燃機関の1燃焼サイクルごとに設定された所定の算出タイミングで、と、前記内燃機関が所定の高温条件を満たすことを条件として、前記燃料の噴射時期を前記内燃機関の圧縮行程後半に設定する時期設定部(43)と、
前記時期設定部により設定された前記噴射時期に基づいて前記燃料の噴射期間を算出し、前記噴射時期と前記噴射期間に基づいて前記燃料噴射弁を制御する噴射制御部(45)と、を備える燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記時期設定部は、前記内燃機関の圧縮行程後半に前記燃料噴射弁から前記燃焼室内に燃料を噴射している際に前記排気センサにより検知された前記排気中の低減対象成分の成分量が所定値以上であることを条件として、前記内燃機関の圧縮行程後半での前記燃料の噴射を禁止する請求項1に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記内燃機関の負荷および回転数ごとに、前記内燃機関の圧縮行程後半に前記燃料噴射弁から前記燃焼室内に前記燃料を噴射した際に前記排気センサにより検知された前記排気中の低減対象成分の成分量である第1成分量と、前記内燃機関の圧縮行程後半以外に前記燃料噴射弁から前記燃焼室内に燃料を噴射した際に前記排気センサにより検知された前記排気中の低減対象成分の成分量である第2成分量と、を記憶する記憶部(44)を備え、
前記時期設定部は、
前記内燃機関の所定の負荷および所定の回転数について、記憶部に記憶された前記第1成分量と前記第2成分量とを比較し、
前記第1成分量が前記第2成分量以下である場合に、前記燃料の噴射時期を前記内燃機関の圧縮行程後半に設定し、
前記第1成分量が前記第2成分量を超える場合に、前記燃料の噴射時期を前記内燃機関の圧縮行程後半以外に設定する請求項1または2に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記時期設定部は、前記内燃機関の圧縮行程後半以外に前記燃料噴射弁から前記燃焼室内に燃料を噴射した際に前記排気センサにより検知された前記排気中の低減対象成分の成分量が所定値を超える場合に、前記内燃機関の圧縮行程後半での燃料の噴射を許可する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記燃料噴射システムは、前記蓄圧容器内の燃圧を検知する燃圧センサ(37)をさらに備え、
前記時期設定部は、前記燃圧センサにより検知された燃圧が所定値以上であることを条件として、前記燃料の噴射時期を前記内燃機関の圧縮行程後半に設定する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記時期設定部は、前記内燃機関の1燃焼サイクル中に複数回の分割噴射を実行するように前記噴射時期を設定し、前記複数回の分割噴射のうち最後に実施される噴射の噴射時期を前記内燃機関の圧縮行程後半に設定する請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記噴射制御部は、前記排気センサにより検知された前記排気中の低減対象成分の成分量が所定値以上であることを条件として、前記内燃機関の圧縮行程後半に噴射される前記燃料の量が、前記内燃機関の圧縮行程後半以外の行程に噴射される前記燃料の量よりも多くなるように、前記複数回の分割噴射のそれぞれで噴射する前記燃料の量を設定する請求項6に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記内燃機関は、前記燃焼室内の前記燃料に点火する点火機構(22)をさらに備え、
前記時期設定部は、前記圧縮行程後半かつ前記燃料の点火前に前記最後に実施される噴射の噴射時期を設定し、
前記噴射制御部は、前記点火機構の周囲にリッチな混合気を形成して成層燃焼が発生するように前記最後に実施される噴射の噴射条件を制御する請求項6または7に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関は、前記蓄圧容器内の高圧燃料を内燃機関の吸気ポート(20)内に噴射するポート噴射弁(31)をさらに備え、
前記時期設定部は、前記燃料噴射弁と前記ポート噴射弁との双方を用いて燃料を噴射する場合に、
前記ポート噴射弁の噴射開始時期を、前記内燃機関の1つ前の燃焼サイクルで前記内燃機関の吸気弁が閉弁した後から現在の燃焼サイクルの吸気行程終了までの期間に設定し、
前記燃料噴射弁の噴射開始時期を、前記内燃機関の現在の燃焼サイクルの圧縮行程後半に設定する請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
