Claims (10)
- 蓄圧容器(32)内の高圧燃料を内燃機関(10)の燃焼室(21)内に直接噴射する直噴式の燃料噴射弁(30)を備える燃料噴射システム(1)を制御する燃料噴射制御装置(40)であって、
前記内燃機関の圧縮行程に噴射する燃料の噴射モードを、所定の切換条件に基づいて、前記燃料噴射弁の弁体(51)の着座部(56)よりも先端側に前記燃料が残存することを抑制して煤を低減する煤低減モードと、前記煤低減モードと相違する他の噴射モードとの間で切り換えて選択する選択部(43)と、
前記選択部により選択された噴射モードに基づいて、前記内燃機関の圧縮行程に設定された燃料噴射を実行する噴射制御部(44)と、を備え、
前記煤低減モードは、前記内燃機関の圧縮行程での燃料噴射の実行時に前記燃料噴射弁の開閉速度を前記他の噴射モードよりも高速化することにより、前記煤の発生量を低減するように設定されている燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記煤低減モードは、前記内燃機関の圧縮行程での燃料噴射の実行時に前記内燃機関の燃焼室内温度を前記他の噴射モードよりも高温化することにより、前記煤の発生量を低減するように設定されている請求項1に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 蓄圧容器(32)内の高圧燃料を内燃機関(10)の燃焼室(21)内に直接噴射する直噴式の燃料噴射弁(30)を備える燃料噴射システム(1)を制御する燃料噴射制御装置(40)であって、
前記内燃機関の圧縮行程に噴射する燃料の噴射モードを、所定の切換条件に基づいて、前記燃料噴射弁の弁体(51)の着座部(56)よりも先端側に前記燃料が残存することを抑制して煤を低減する煤低減モードと、前記煤低減モードと相違する他の噴射モードとの間で切り換えて選択する選択部(43)と、
前記選択部により選択された噴射モードに基づいて、前記内燃機関の圧縮行程に設定された燃料噴射を実行する噴射制御部(44)と、を備え、
前記煤低減モードは、前記内燃機関の圧縮行程での燃料噴射の実行時に前記内燃機関の燃焼室内温度を前記他の噴射モードよりも高温化することにより、前記煤の発生量を低減するように設定されている燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記煤低減モードは、前記内燃機関の圧縮行程での燃料噴射の実行時に前記燃料噴射弁から噴射される燃料の温度を前記他の噴射モードよりも高温化することにより、前記煤の発生量を低減するように調整されている請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 蓄圧容器(32)内の高圧燃料を内燃機関(10)の燃焼室(21)内に直接噴射する直噴式の燃料噴射弁(30)を備える燃料噴射システム(1)を制御する燃料噴射制御装置(40)であって、
前記内燃機関の圧縮行程に噴射する燃料の噴射モードを、所定の切換条件に基づいて、前記燃料噴射弁の弁体(51)の着座部(56)よりも先端側に前記燃料が残存することを抑制して煤を低減する煤低減モードと、前記煤低減モードと相違する他の噴射モードとの間で切り換えて選択する選択部(43)と、
前記選択部により選択された噴射モードに基づいて、前記内燃機関の圧縮行程に設定された燃料噴射を実行する噴射制御部(44)と、を備え、
前記煤低減モードは、前記内燃機関の圧縮行程での燃料噴射の実行時に前記燃料噴射弁から噴射される燃料の温度を前記他の噴射モードよりも高温化することにより、前記煤の発生量を低減するように調整されている燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記燃料噴射システムは、前記内燃機関からの排気中の成分を検知する排気センサを備え、
前記選択部は、前記排気センサにより検知された前記排気中の低減対象成分の成分量が所定の排気成分閾値を超えたことを条件として、前記煤低減モードを選択する請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記煤低減モードは、前記内燃機関の圧縮行程に噴射する燃料の噴射回数を前記他の噴射モードよりも低減することにより、前記煤の発生量を低減するように設定されている請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記選択部が前記煤低減モードを選択したことを条件として、前記煤低減モードに応じて前記燃焼室内の燃料に点火する点火時期を変更する点火制御部を備える請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記選択部は、前記内燃機関の運転条件および運転履歴に基づいて算出された前記煤の発生量である煤発生量が所定の煤低減閾値を超えたことを条件として、前記煤低減モードを選択する請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記選択部は、前記内燃機関の運転条件または運転履歴に基づいて前記煤低減モードを選択することを禁止する請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
