Abstract
Description
手指の長手方向に沿って先端より直列に配置された第0外装部と第1外装部と第2外装部と第3外装部とから構成され、
第0外装部と第1外装部、第1外装部と第2外装部、第2外装部と第3外装部は、上下方向に並列に配置され複数組を成す上部ばね及び下部ばねによりそれぞれ連結され、
それぞれの外装部の上部を固定する上部ばねは、一端をスライド機構により、ある一定の距離を自在に手指長手方向に対して固定端を移動することができるように、可変長となっており、
それぞれの外装部の下部を固定する下部ばねは、その両端においてその外装部にそれぞれ固定され、
それぞれの外装部内には、手指長手方向についてのみ自在にスライド移動可能な駆動ばねを備え、
駆動ばねの先端は第0外装部へ固定され、駆動ばねの他端は、駆動軸へ固定され、
外装部を連結する上部ばね及び下部ばねと、駆動ばねとは、上下方向に三層を構成し、
人体の手指に装着する際には、遠位指節間関節より末端部の部位に第0外装部を、遠位指節間関節と近位指節間関節と間の部位に第1外装部を、近位指節間関節と中手指節間関節と間の部位に第2外装部を、手掌部に第3外装部を、それぞれ固定し、
人体に装着した状態で、駆動軸を人体手指に対してその人体手指の長手方向に駆動することにより、遠位指節間関節と近位指節間関節と中手指節間関節とに対して回転力を供給し、人体の手指についての屈曲伸展動作を支援することを特徴とする。
これらのばね長さを変更することで動作を調整可能となっている。

Claims (5)
- 手指に装着されるハンドエグゾスケルトン装置であって、
前記手指の長手方向に沿って直列に配置された複数の外装部と、
前記複数の外装部の上部をそれぞれ連結し、スライダ機構により、ある一定の距離を自在に前記手指の長手方向に対して固定端を移動することができるように可変長となっている複数組の上部ばねと、
前記複数の外装部の下部をそれぞれ連結し、固定長の複数組の下部ばねと、
前記長手方向へ駆動される駆動軸と、
各外装部内を通り、前記複数の外装部のうち前記駆動軸までの距離が最長の外装部に一端が固定され、前記駆動軸に他端が固定され、前記長手方向に沿ってのみスライド移動自在な駆動ばねと、
を備え、
前記駆動ばねは、前記複数の外装部の第一の外装部の端部とそれに近接した第二の外装部の端部との間で屈曲及び伸展し、
前記上部ばねと前記下部ばねと前記駆動ばねとは、前記長手方向と直交する上下方向に並列に離間して配置されて三層のスライドばね機構を構成し、
前記駆動軸の駆動により、前記駆動ばねがスライド移動し、前記駆動ばねの曲げ方向動作を生じさせ、前記手指の関節に回転力を供給する、ハンドエグゾスケルトン装置。 - 手指に装着されるハンドエグゾスケルトン装置であって、
前記手指の長手方向に沿って直列に配置された複数の外装部と、
前記複数の外装部の上部をそれぞれ連結し、スライダ機構により、ある一定の距離を自在に前記手指の長手方向に対して固定端を移動することができるように可変長となっている複数組の上部ばねと、
前記複数の外装部の下部をそれぞれ連結し、固定長の複数組の下部ばねと、
前記長手方向へ駆動される駆動軸と、
各外装部内を通り、前記複数の外装部のうち前記駆動軸までの距離が最長の外装部に一端が固定され、前記駆動軸に他端が固定され、前記長手方向に沿ってのみスライド移動自在な駆動ばねと、
を備え、
前記上部ばねと前記駆動ばねがスライド移動するために、所定の前記外装部の内部全体にわたって、前記長手方向に沿って前記上部ばねと前記駆動ばねとがそれぞれ入るのみの溝を有し、
前記上部ばねと前記下部ばねと前記駆動ばねとは、前記長手方向と直交する上下方向に並列に離間して配置されて三層のスライドばね機構を構成し、
前記駆動軸の駆動により、前記駆動ばねがスライド移動し、前記駆動ばねの曲げ方向動作を生じさせ、前記手指の関節に回転力を供給する、ハンドエグゾスケルトン装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のハンドエグゾスケルトン装置であって、
前記複数の外装部は、第0外装部、第1外装部、第2外装部、及び第3外装部を含み、
遠位指節間関節より末端部の部位に前記第0外装部、前記遠位指節間関節と近位指節間関節と間の部位に前記第1外装部、前記近位指節間関節と中手指節間関節と間の部位に前記第2外装部、手掌部に前記第3外装部、がそれぞれ固定され
前記駆動軸を前記長手方向に駆動することにより、前記遠位指節間関節と前記近位指節間関節と前記中手指節間関節とに対して回転力を供給する、ハンドエグゾスケルトン装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のハンドエグゾスケルトン装置であって、
前記上部ばねの長さ、前記下部ばねの長さ、及び前記駆動ばねの長さは、前記手指の各関節を屈曲させるタイミングを変化させる指標となり、
前記上部ばねの長さ、前記下部ばねの長さ、及び前記駆動ばねの長さを変更することで、前記三層のスライドばね機構の動作を調整する、ハンドエグゾスケルトン装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のハンドエグゾスケルトン装置であって、
前記上部ばねのかたさ、前記下部ばねのかたさ、及び前記駆動ばねのかたさは、前記手指の各関節を屈曲させるタイミングを変化させる指標となり、
前記上部ばねのかたさ、前記下部ばねのかたさ、及び前記駆動ばねのかたさを変更することで、前記三層のスライドばね機構の動作を調整する、ハンドエグゾスケルトン装置。
