Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の第1実施形態に係るスプール弁1Aについて図1及び図2を参照して説明する。
上記実施形態では、コイルばね51が1つのスプリングにより構成される例を示したが、本発明のスプール弁が備えるコイルばねは、複数のスプリングを含む構成であってもよい。以下では、コイルばねが複数のスプリングを含む例として、上記実施形態の変形例に係るスプール弁1Bについて、図3及び図4を参照して説明する。なお、変形例に係るスプール弁1Bの構成は、第1実施形態のスプール弁1Aの構成に類似しているため、以下の説明では、第1実施形態のスプール弁1Aと異なる点について主に説明し、同じ構成については同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
本発明は上述した実施形態及び変形例に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変形が可能である。

Claims (5)
- スプール孔が形成されているハウジングと、
前記ハウジングのスプール孔に軸線方向に移動可能に挿通されているスプールと、
前記スプールと同軸に配置されたねじ軸と、
前記ねじ軸を回転する電動モータと、
前記ねじ軸に螺合し、前記ねじ軸が回転することにより前記軸線方向に移動するナットと、
前記ナットと前記スプールとを連結する連結部材と、
前記スプールを中立位置に維持するための付勢力を前記スプールに与えるコイルばねであって、前記ねじ軸の径方向から見て前記ナットに重なるように配置されるコイルばね、を備える、スプール弁。 - 前記コイルばね及び前記ナットを収容するケーシングを備え、
前記連結部材は、前記ケーシングから突出し、前記スプールと接続される突出部を有する、請求項1に記載のスプール弁。 - 前記ケーシングは、一体化されており、その内方に前記コイルばねを保持するように構成される、請求項2に記載のスプール弁。
- 前記コイルばねは、第1スプリング及び第2スプリングを含み、
前記第1スプリングは、前記スプールが前記中立位置から前記軸線方向一方側に移動する場合に圧縮し、前記第2スプリングは、前記スプールが前記中立位置から前記軸線方向他方側に移動する場合に圧縮する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のスプール弁。 - 前記コイルばねは、前記スプールが前記中立位置から前記軸線方向一方側及び他方側のいずれに移動する場合にも圧縮する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のスプール弁。
