各試験タイヤをリムサイズ15×6JJ(乗用車用)、リムサイズ22.5×7.50(重荷重用)のいずれかに組み付け、タイヤ内圧で240kPa(乗用車用)又は900kPa(重荷重用)となるように空気を充填した。このタイヤを室内ドラム試験機にかけて、JATMAで規定される最大負荷能力の120%の荷重を負荷し、速度80km/h(乗用車用)又は50km/h(重荷重用)で20,000km走行させた。その後、補強層を構成するスチールコードを目視で観察してセパレーションの発生を確認し、発生した場合はセパレーションの長さ[mm]を測定した。

Claims (7)
- 熱可塑性樹脂又は熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーのブレンド物を含んで構成される熱可塑性エラストマー組成物のフィルムと該フィルムの少なくとも片側に積層されたゴム組成物とからなる積層体と、該積層体に隣接して配置され、スチールコードから構成される少なくとも1層の補強層とを備え、前記積層体のタイヤ周方向の端部同士がタイヤ周上の少なくとも1箇所で重ね合わされてラップスプライス部を形成し、該ラップスプライス部において前記フィルムの層間に前記ゴム組成物からなる層間ゴム層が介在する空気入りタイヤにおいて、前記ラップスプライス部における前記積層体のタイヤ周方向のラップ長さLが下記式(1)を満たすことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。

Dc:前記フィルムの端部から前記補強層を構成するスチールコードまでのフィルム厚さ方向の距離[mm] - 前記フィルムの酸素透過係数Pf[10-3・mm・cc/(m2・day・mmHg)]を前記ラップスプライス部以外における前記フィルムの平均厚さGf[mm]で除して得られる前記フィルムの酸素透過度[10-3・cc/(m2・day・mmHg)]と前記タイヤの最大空気圧P[kPa]とがPf/Gf≦50000/Pの関係を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記フィルムの温度23℃、湿度65%における酸素透過係数Pfが20[10-3・mm・cc/(m2・day・mmHg)]以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ラップスプライス部以外における前記フィルムの平均厚さGfが0.03mm〜0.50mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記層間ゴム層の温度23℃、湿度65%における酸素透過係数Pgが2000[10-3・mm・cc/(m2・day・mmHg)]以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ラップスプライス部における前記層間ゴム層の平均厚さGgが0.10mm〜1.00mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記補強層がカーカス層であり、前記フィルムが前記カーカス層よりもタイヤ内面側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
