Abstract
【解決手段】 トレッド部1にタイヤ周方向の主溝9が配置されたタイヤであって、タイヤ内面に熱可塑性樹脂又は熱可塑性樹脂中にエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性エラストマー組成物で形成された熱可塑性樹脂フィルム層(11)を設け、熱可塑性樹脂フィルム層(11)の内面に保護ゴム層12を積層し、保護ゴム層12の前記主溝9に対応する領域の厚さを、主溝9以外のトレッド部1に対応する部分の厚さより大きくしたことを特徴とする。

Description
得られたタイヤをリム(22.5×7.50)に装着し、初期圧力900kPa、室温21℃、無負荷条件にて3ヶ月間静置する間、4日毎に内圧を測定した。初期圧力P0(kPa)、測定圧力Pt(kPa)、経過時間t(日)として、下記式(1)により回帰係数αを算出した。

得られた回帰係数αから、t=30(日)として、下記の式(2)により1ヶ月当たりの圧力低下率β(%/月)を算出した。

得られたβの値を比較例1の値を100とする指数にして、表1に空気透過防止性能として示した。この指数が小さいほど、空気透過防止性能が優れていることを意味する。
得られたタイヤをリム(22.5×7.50)に装着し、JIS D4230に準拠する室内ドラム試験機(ドラム径1707mm)にかけて、酸素濃度60%に調製した空気を充填して空気圧をJATMA規定空気圧900kPaにし、JATMA規定負荷能力の150%を負荷し、速度81km/hの条件で、タイヤ故障を起こすまでの走行距離を測定した。得られた走行距離を比較例1の値を100とする指数にして、表1に示した。この指数が大きいほど、タイヤ耐久性が優れていることを意味する。
上記のタイヤ耐久性試験を行なった後、故障が発生した空気入りタイヤを解体し、ビード部のチェーファーセパレーションの発生数を目視評価した。得られた結果を、比較例1の結果の逆数を100とする指数として表1に示した。この指数が大きいほど、ビード耐久性が優れていることを意味する。

Claims (7)
- トレッド部にタイヤ周方向の主溝が配置されたタイヤであって、タイヤ内面に熱可塑性樹脂又は熱可塑性樹脂中にエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性エラストマー組成物で形成された熱可塑性樹脂フィルム層を設け、該熱可塑性樹脂フィルム層の内面に保護ゴム層を積層し、前記保護ゴム層の前記主溝に対応する領域の厚さを、主溝以外のトレッド部に対応する部分の厚さより大きくした空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂フィルム層のショルダー部からバットレス部に対応する領域の厚さを、トレッド部のセンター領域に対応する部分の厚さより大きくした請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂フィルム層のサイドウォール部に対応する領域の厚さを、トレッド部のセンター領域に対応する部分の厚さより大きくした請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂フィルム層のビード部に対応する領域の厚さを、トレッド部のセンター領域に対応する部分の厚さより大きくした請求項1,2又は3に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂フィルム層の厚さが0.03〜0.5mmであり、前記保護ゴム層の厚さが0.2〜2.0mmであると共に、前記保護ゴム層の前記トレッド部に対応する部分の厚さが0.5mm以上である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記保護ゴム層を他の残りの領域の保護ゴム層よりも厚くする領域を、少なくとも前記トレッド部に設けた最外側の主溝に対応する位置からタイヤ幅方向内側の範囲にし、かつこの範囲の保護ゴム層の厚さを0.5〜2.0mmにした請求項5に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記保護ゴム層がブチル系ゴムからなる請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
