Claims (6)
- ベース、前記ベース上に設けられる下部フレーム、前記下部フレームに支持される上部フレーム、前記フレームを上下に連結するコア、前記コアを絶縁性材質で覆うように設けられる2次コイルおよび前記2次コイルの外部を覆う1次コイルを有するモールド変圧器において、
前記上部フレームには、前記コイルに噴射されて火災を鎮圧するための消火装置がさらに備えられ、
前記消火装置は、前記コイル間または前記1次コイルの外壁に消火物質を噴射するが、固体形態のエアロゾルを噴射し、
前記消火装置は、
前記上部フレームの長手方向端部に位置される集塵機と、
前記集塵機から延びて一定の間隔に設けられる複数の分配管と、および
前記分配管の各端部に設けられる放出ノズルを有し、
前記集塵機は外側周が前記分配管の一端に向かって下向きに傾斜するように形成されることを特徴とする消火装置を備えたモールド変圧器。 - 前記上部フレームの一側には支持台が備えられ、前記消火装置は支持台により固設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消火装置を備えたモールド変圧器。
- 前記放出ノズルの端部には、前記2次コイルおよび2次コイル間の離隔空間に対応する形状に溝部が形成され、溝部を介して前記離隔空間に対応して固体エアロゾルが噴射されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消火装置が備えられたモールド変圧器。
- 前記溝部はリング状の離隔空間に対応して円弧状の長孔に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の消火装置が備えられたモールド変圧器。
- 前記放出ノズルは、前記2次コイルの外周面または前記1次コイルの内周面に隣接して配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の消火装置が備えられたモールド変圧器。
- 前記放出ノズルは、前記溝部の先端が傾斜して形成されるように傾斜部が備えられ、前記傾斜部により固体エアロゾルがより広い領域に噴射されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の消火装置が備えられたモールド変圧器。
