Abstract
Description
医薬品粒子(表1に示す)を、静的粒子床反応器を備えたBeneq社のTFS 500 ALD装置でコーティングした。このタイプの粒子反応器は、少量の粒子に適している。反応器は、互いに重なり合う5つのセルから構築される。各セルは、直径が200mmで、高さが20mmである。パラセタモール粉末を、前処理なしで反応器セルの底部にロードし、次に反応器セルを、反応器に装着し、約2ミリバールの操作圧力まで減圧した。Al2O3及びTiO2を、100〜140℃の温度で、平均粒子サイズ約50μmでパラセタモール粒子上に堆積させた。Al2O3膜を、トリメチルアルミニウム(TMA)と温度20℃で供給源から気化させた水から成長させた。TiO2膜を、温度41℃で供給源から気化させたテトラキス(ジメチルアミド)チタン(TDMAT)と温度20℃で供給源から気化させた水から成長させた。Al2O3の一回の堆積サイクルは、2秒の金属前駆体(TMA)パルス、2.5秒のN2パージ、0.5秒の水パルス、及び1秒のN2パージから成った。同様にTiO2堆積のために用いられた時間設定の順序は、1-5-1.5-2であった。両酸化物の堆積されたALDサイクルの数は、500であった。
実施例2:錠剤化の検討
Claims (12)
- 医薬製剤の製造方法であって、原子層堆積によって活性医薬品基材をコーティングすること、及び前記コーティングされた医薬品基材を剤形に加工することを含む方法。
- 原子層堆積によって添加剤を活性医薬品基材と共にコーティングすること、及び前記コーティングされた添加剤と医薬品基材との混合物を剤形に加工することを含む、請求項1の方法。
- 原子層堆積によって添加剤をコーティングすること、及び前記コーティングされた添加剤と前記コーティングされた医薬品基材との混合物を剤形に加工することを含む、請求項1の方法。
- コーティング層が、一つ以上の異なる無機物質若しくは有機物質、又はそれらの組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする請求項1の方法。
- 無機物質が、金属酸化物を含むことを特徴とする請求項4の方法。
- 金属酸化物が、酸化アルミニウムAl2O3又は酸化チタンTiO2であることを特徴とする請求項5の方法。
- 有機物質が、味マスキング剤より構成されることを特徴とする請求項4の方法。
- 味マスキング剤が、甘味料であることを特徴とする請求項7の方法。
- 味マスキング剤が、糖アルコールであることを特徴とする請求項7の方法。
- 医薬品基材の加工が、圧縮することによって行われる、請求項1の方法。
- 医薬品基材が、錠剤に圧縮される、請求項10の方法。
- 請求項1の方法によって得られた医薬製剤。
