Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係る電力変換システムを示す構成図である。図1において、電力変換システムは、電力変換用直流電源10と三相交流モータ60との間に設けられ、昇圧コンバータ20、インバータ40、二次平滑コンデンサ50、放電制御部70、バックアップ電源80、制御用直流電源81、電源スイッチ82a、82b、82c、負荷83a、83b、電圧検知部85を備えている。
放電制御部70は、コンバータ制御部71、インバータ制御部72、放電判定指示部73、放電判定部74を有している。放電判定指示部73は、放電判定部74により車両の衝突を検知した場合にインバータ制御部72に対して二次平滑コンデンサ50に蓄えられた電荷を放電するように指示を出す。また、本構成では、二次平滑コンデンサ50に蓄えられた電荷が放電されると、同時に一次平滑コンデンサ30およびエネルギー移行用コンデンサ23に蓄えられた電荷も放電される。なお、放電判定部74による車両の衝突の検知は、衝突時に発生する車両の様々な状態変化に基づいて間接的に行われるものである。
この結果、三相交流モータ60が車両の駆動力や制動力の制御や車両制御のための発電を行うこととなる。また、インバータ制御部72は、三相交流モータ60の回転情報を回転数センサ61から取得する。

Claims (7)
- 電力変換用直流電源とモータとの間に接続される電力変換システムであって、インバータ、前記電力変換用直流電源と前記インバータとの間の端子間電圧を平滑にするコンデンサ、前記インバータのスイッチング動作を制御するインバータ制御部と前記インバータ制御部に前記コンデンサの電荷を放電するように指示をする放電判定指示部とを有する放電制御部、前記放電制御部に制御部電源として電力を供給する制御用直流電源、および前記コンデンサに並列に接続され前記制御用直流電源からの電力の供給が停止した時に前記放電制御部に電力を供給するバックアップ電源を備え、前記バックアップ電源に負荷が接続され、前記バックアップ電源から前記負荷に電力を供給し、前記バックアップ電源または前記負荷に異常が発生した場合に、異常発生箇所を特定するようにしたことを特徴とする電力変換システム。
- 前記負荷の異常発生箇所を特定し、前記負荷の異常発生箇所を通知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力変換システム。
- 前記負荷の異常発生箇所を特定できなかった場合、前記バックアップ電源の異常であることを通知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力変換システム。
- 前記バックアップ電源から電力供給される前記負荷が複数接続されている場合、前記負荷の異常発生箇所を特定するための前記電力供給を停止する順序が予め設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力変換システム。
- 前記電力供給を停止する順序に従い順次電力供給を停止し、前記バックアップ電源からの電力供給が正常となった場合、最後に電力供給を停止した前記負荷を異常発生箇所として特定し、前記異常発生箇所と判定された負荷以外の負荷への電力供給を行うことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電力変換システム。
- 前記電力供給を停止する順序は、前記負荷の故障率の高い順序であることを特徴とする
請求項4または5に記載の電力変換システム。 - 前記異常発生箇所と判定された負荷以外の負荷への電力供給を行う時、前記バックアップ電源からの電力供給が異常となった場合、前記負荷の異常発生箇所の特定を繰り返し行うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電力変換システム。
