Claims (3)
- 弁座を有する流路が設けられたハウジングと、前記弁座に対向配置された弁体と、周縁部が前記ハウジングに支持されると共に中央部が前記弁体に接続されたダイヤフラムと、前記ハウジングに装着され、コイルへの通電によって直線的に往復移動するプランジャを有する電磁ソレノイドとを備え、前記プランジャの移動に伴って前記弁体が前記弁座を開閉動作する電磁弁において、
前記プランジャに前記弁体を介して対向する駆動受体を設け、前記ハウジングに外部から前記駆動受体にアクセス可能な貫通孔を設けたことを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 請求項1に記載の電磁弁において、前記貫通孔は前記プランジャの軸心を通る延長線上に設けられていることを特徴とする電磁弁。
- 請求項1または2に記載の電磁弁において、前記貫通孔の直径が1mm〜9mmの範囲に設定されていることを特徴とする電磁弁。
