Claims (5)
- 弁体を収容する弁室が形成された弁ハウジングと、前記弁体を軸線方向に移動させる電磁駆動部と、を備えた電磁弁において、
前記弁ハウジングは、前記弁室と該弁室に連通して流体が導入される一次側ポートとが形成された本体部と、該本体部に組み付けられて前記弁室側に前記軸線と平行な弁座面を配置して該弁座面から前記弁室に弁ポートを開口する弁座部材と、で構成されるとともに、前記弁体が前記弁座面上を前記軸線方向に摺動することで該弁体により前記弁ポートを開閉するよう構成され、
前記弁座部材の前記本体部に組み付けられる基部が、前記軸線と直交する基準平面に対して面対称となる形状であり、該基部が前記本体部の該基部に整合する弁座嵌合孔に嵌合され、前記弁ポートの前記弁座面における開口部が前記基準平面に対して前記軸線方向に偏在して形成され、前記弁座部材を前記基部の中心軸の回りに180°回転した位置で前記弁座嵌合孔に嵌合可能であることを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 前記電磁駆動部にて通電によりプランジャが吸引子側に吸引された位置で、前記弁体が前記弁ポートを開状態とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記電磁駆動部にて通電によりプランジャが吸引子側に吸引された位置で、前記弁体が前記弁ポートを閉状態とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記弁座部材に、前記基準平面に対して前記弁ポートと面対称となる第2のポートが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記弁座部材に取り付けられ、前記弁ポート及び前記第2のポートにそれぞれ連通する流路が形成された継手部材を備えたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電磁弁。
