Abstract
Description
本発明の第一態様に係るジャーナル軸受は、回転軸の外周面に摺接するパッド面を有し、中心軸を中心とする周方向に間隔をあけて複数設けられた軸受パッドと、前記軸受パッドにおいて径方向の外側を向くパッド背面の一部に設けられ、前記中心軸と平行な軸周りに湾曲する湾曲面を有して、前記中心軸の延びる中心軸方向に同一断面形状を有して延びるとともに、前記軸受パッドの前記パッド背面を形成する材料よりも硬度の高い材料から形成されたキー部材と、前記キー部材の前記湾曲面の周方向の一部に接する支持面を有し、前記キー部材および前記軸受パッドを径方向の外側から揺動自在に支持するハウジングと、を備える。

Claims (7)
- 回転軸の外周面に摺接するパッド面を有し、中心軸を中心とする周方向に間隔をあけて複数設けられた軸受パッドと、
前記軸受パッドにおいて径方向の外側を向くパッド背面の一部に設けられ、前記中心軸と平行な軸周りに湾曲する湾曲面を有して、前記中心軸の延びる中心軸方向に同一断面形状を有して延びるとともに、前記軸受パッドの前記パッド背面を形成する材料よりも硬度の高い材料から形成されたキー部材と、
前記キー部材の前記湾曲面の周方向の一部に接する支持面を有し、前記キー部材および前記軸受パッドを径方向の外側から揺動自在に支持するハウジングと、を備えるジャーナル軸受。 - 前記軸受パッドは、前記径方向に直交するキー部材取付面を有し、
前記キー部材は、前記キー部材取付面に対向し、前記径方向に直交する固定面を有する請求項1に記載のジャーナル軸受。 - 前記キー部材および前記軸受パッドが揺動した場合に、前記湾曲面のみが前記ハウジングの前記支持面に接触している請求項1または2に記載のジャーナル軸受。
- 前記キー部材の前記湾曲面に形成され、前記湾曲面の前記周方向の中間位置で前記径方向の内側に窪む凹部と、
前記支持面から前記径方向の内側に突出し、前記凹部に挿入された状態で前記キー部材に固定される位置決め部材と、を備える請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のジャーナル軸受。 - 前記キー部材の前記湾曲面と前記軸受パッドの前記パッド背面とは、前記周方向の曲率半径が同一である請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のジャーナル軸受。
- 前記キー部材の前記湾曲面は、前記軸受パッドの前記パッド背面よりも、前記周方向の曲率半径が小さい請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のジャーナル軸受。
- 回転軸と、
前記回転軸を支持する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のジャーナル軸受と、
を備える回転機械。
