Abstract
Description
図1は、第1実施形態の歯車装置10を示す側面断面図である。歯車装置10は、内歯歯車と噛み合う外歯歯車を撓み変形させつつ内歯歯車に対する噛合位置を周方向に変えることで外歯歯車を自転させ、その自転成分を出力する撓み噛み合い式歯車装置である。本実施形態の歯車装置は、減速用内歯歯車18−Aと出力用内歯歯車18−Bを用いて起振体12の回転を減速して出力する、いわゆる筒型の撓み噛み合い式歯車装置である。
図4は、第2実施形態の歯車装置10の一部を示す側面断面図である。本実施形態の歯車装置10は、第1実施形態と比べて、起振体軸受16の点で相違する。起振体軸受16は、複数の転動体16aと、リテーナ16bの他に、内輪16cを有する。内輪16cは、複数の転動体16aや起振体12とは別体である。内輪16cは、複数の転動体16aと起振体12の中間軸部12bの間に配置される。内輪16cは、その軸方向Xに直交する断面の外周形状が楕円状をなす。内輪16cは、起振体12の中間軸部12bと一体的に回転可能に設けられる。本実施形態では、第1起振体軸受16−Aと第2起振体軸受16−Bで単数の内輪16cが共用されている。
Claims (5)
- 起振体と、
前記起振体により撓み変形する外歯歯車と、
前記起振体と前記外歯歯車の間に配置される起振体軸受と、
前記外歯歯車と噛み合う内歯歯車と、を備えた撓み噛み合い式歯車装置であって、
前記内歯歯車が樹脂により構成され、
前記外歯歯車が前記樹脂よりも熱伝導率が高い高熱伝導材料により構成され、
前記起振体軸受は、前記外歯歯車の内周面を転動する転動体を有する撓み噛み合い式歯車装置。 - 前記高熱伝導材料は、前記樹脂よりも弾性定数が大きい請求項1に記載の撓み噛み合い式歯車装置。
- 前記起振体は、前記起振体軸受の径方向内側に形成されるホロー部と、前記ホロー部の径方向外側に設けられるとともに前記転動体が外周面を転動する転動体転動部と、を有し、
前記外歯歯車の径方向の肉厚は、前記転動体転動部の径方向の肉厚より小さい請求項1または2に記載の撓み噛み合い式歯車装置。 - 前記起振体軸受は、前記起振体とは別体の内輪を有し、
前記外歯歯車の径方向の肉厚は、前記内輪の径方向の肉厚より小さい請求項1または2に記載の撓み噛み合い式歯車装置。 - 前記起振体は樹脂により構成され、
前記内輪は、金属により構成される請求項4に記載の撓み噛み合い式歯車装置。
