Abstract
Description
(発光装置の構成)
図1は、実施の形態に係る発光装置1の垂直断面図である。発光装置1は、凹部10aを有するケース10と、凹部10aの底部に露出するようにケース10に含まれるリードフレーム11と、リードフレーム11上に搭載された発光素子12と、リードフレーム11と発光素子12の電極を電気的に接続するボンディングワイヤー13と、凹部10a内に充填され、発光素子12を封止する封止樹脂14と、封止樹脂14中に含まれる粒子状の蛍光体15とを有する。
上記の実施の形態によれば、演色性の低下を抑えつつ、発光スペクトルの深赤色領域における強度が相対的に増加されて深赤色領域の色味不足が解消された発光装置1を提供することができる。

Claims (8)
- 380nmから460nmの範囲にピーク波長を有する光を発する発光素子と、
前記発光素子から発せられる光により励起され、400nmから780nmの波長領域において連続した発光スペクトルを有する、複数種の蛍光体から構成される蛍光体群と、
を備え、
前記蛍光体群に、720nm±5%の範囲にピーク波長を有する蛍光体が含まれる、
発光装置。 - 前記720nm±5%の範囲にピーク波長を有する蛍光体が、GdとGaを含む酸化物からなる、
請求項1に記載の発光装置。 - 前記酸化物が、Crで付活されたGd3Ga5O12である、
請求項2に記載の発光装置。 - 色温度が3000Kの光を基準光としたときの演色評価数Rfが95以上であり、
色温度が3000Kの光を基準光としたときの演色評価数Rgの100からの差が5以下である、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の発光装置。 - 前記蛍光体群に、2種のアルカリ土類ハロリン酸塩蛍光体、β−サイアロン蛍光体、及びCASON蛍光体が含まれる、
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の発光装置。 - 色温度が6500Kの光を基準光としたときの演色評価数Rfが95以上であり、
色温度が6500Kの光を基準光としたときの演色評価数Rgの100からの差が5以下である、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の発光装置。 - 色温度が6500Kの光を基準光としたときの特殊演色評価数R9が96.8以上である、
請求項1〜3、6のいずれか1項に記載の発光装置。 - 前記蛍光体群に、2種のアルカリ土類ハロリン酸塩蛍光体、β−サイアロン蛍光体、Ca固溶α−サイアロン蛍光体、及びCASON蛍光体が含まれる、
請求項1〜3、6、7のいずれか1項に記載の発光装置。
