Claims (8)
- 弁室、流入口、及び流出口を有し、前記弁室と前記流出口との間に弁座付き弁口が設けられた弁本体と、
前記弁口を開閉するための主弁体と、
前記主弁体の背面に形成された背圧室と、
前記弁口と前記背圧室とを連通すべく前記主弁体内に設けられた均圧通路と、
前記均圧通路を開閉するためのパイロット弁体と、
前記パイロット弁体を閉弁方向に付勢する付勢部材と、
前記主弁体及び前記パイロット弁体を昇降方向に相対移動可能に保持する弁ホルダと、
前記弁ホルダを昇降方向に移動させるためのロータ及びステータを有する昇降駆動装置と、を備え、
前記背圧室と前記弁室とが連通せしめられており、
前記昇降駆動装置による前記弁ホルダの上方向への移動に伴って、前記パイロット弁体及び前記主弁体がその順序で異なるリフト量で前記弁ホルダに係合せしめられ、これにより、前記均圧通路が開かれた後に、前記弁口が開くようにされていることを特徴とする電動弁。 - 前記昇降駆動装置により前記弁ホルダが最下降位置から上方向に連続的に移動せしめられるとき、前記主弁体が前記弁口を閉じたまま、前記付勢部材の付勢力により前記パイロット弁体が前記弁ホルダに係合せしめられるとともに、前記弁ホルダと一緒に前記パイロット弁体が上方向に移動せしめられて前記均圧通路が開かれた後、さらに前記弁ホルダが上方向に移動せしめられると、前記主弁体が前記弁ホルダに係合せしめられ、前記弁ホルダと一緒に前記主弁体が上方向に移動せしめられて前記弁口が開くようにされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動弁。
- 前記弁ホルダは円筒状を有し、前記弁ホルダ内に、前記主弁体の上部、前記パイロット弁体、及び前記付勢部材が配在されるとともに、前記弁ホルダ内における前記主弁体の背面に前記背圧室が画成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電動弁。
- 前記弁ホルダの天井穴は、前記昇降駆動装置により昇降可能に配在された弁軸に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電動弁。
- 前記弁ホルダと前記主弁体との間の回転摺動抵抗を低減すべく、前記弁ホルダと前記主弁体との間にワッシャが介装されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁。
- 前記付勢部材によって、前記主弁体が前記パイロット弁体を介して閉弁方向に付勢されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁。
- 前記均圧通路は、前記主弁体内に昇降方向に沿って設けられた縦穴からなることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁。
- 前記パイロット弁体の前記均圧通路に対する着座面は逆円錐面を有することを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁。
